Avoid. We were sold a system that would work in our restaurant. But it doesn't. For context we have an open kitchen so kitchen printers can't be loud. We were told they would not be loud so you wouldn't hear them in the seating area. But they are so loud! With us being told they were quiet we ordered two tills as we could then link it all together. But we are unable to so basically have a till we do not use.
We were also told all items would be uploaded to the till ready for use straight away. This was not true with vast numbers of items missing.
Finally, when we first signed up we were led to believe payouts were everyday, turns out they are not! As a restaurant our busiest days are over the weekend so we go three days without a payout.
Trying to get anyone to do anything about it is like bleeding water out of a stone...

Nas came in and switched me over from TakePayments. The new machine is much better and cheaper. The switch was seamless and I recommend both him and South Coast Payments to everybody looking to change. A credit to the company.

Moving over to South Coast Payments was very simple, Daniel initially visited explaining how they operate and worked out the monthly savings which are fairly significant for a small business like mine. The new terminal arrived within a week, Daniel then re visited and set the new payment system up and took care of cancelling our current provider.
Money is paid into my account on the next working day.
South coast payments provide a personal service and have links to contact them if I need to.
