It was a pleasure working with Stearns Bank. Not only did they act professional in every way but they also responded to questions immediaely. Also they were able to adapt quickly when the loan took differnt turns along the way,. Most banks cant do that

They suck. Bait and switch.
They claim to be a lender but rep is not familiar with any guidelines.
In their marketing The claim to have true line of credits but only offering hard money loc with up to 36 month.
My business is over 12 years old with established duns, and over 740 personal scores and I get bank loans no problem, and they don’t even have regular bank type products.
Looks like they get your info she then blast it to other banks with hopes that it lands somewhere.
Clueless and useless company in my opinion.
I have 2 stars because of good texting replies, but is about the only good think about them.

I got a loan through them for Vader mountain finance. Southend was very helpful, however my loan was retracted after closing! I appreciate the help but they really should not bring such lenders to their clients if they are going to refused after closing!

My loan officer, Joshua was spectacular! He and his assistant, Amy, were with me every step of the way! I never once had to wonder what was going on. They both worked very hard for me and with me to get this loan done! Highly recommend!

The banker that was assigned to my client's file was extremely professional and did an amazing job managing the loan process. The banker showed a great deal of persistence in guiding this loan to a closing, as this loan had some challenges.
