Great service, super easy & fast shipping!!

I’ve ordered from several research companies, and Southern Aminos has had the fastest shipping I’ve experienced so far. I especially like the frequent email and tracking updates throughout the shipping process. You always know what’s happening with your order, which makes the whole experience very convenient.

I also really appreciate that Southern Aminos regularly offers sales and promotions. Their combination of competitive pricing, frequent discounts, fast shipping, and credit card checkout makes ordering very easy.

I recently had an issue with an order and initially wasn’t familiar with their formal claims process. I had already discarded the item before realizing they might need it returned for inspection. Even though they couldn’t fully verify the issue without it, customer service reviewed the information I provided and gave me store credit as a one-time courtesy. I thought that was a very fair resolution and appreciated how quickly they handled it.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with Southern Aminos. The shipping and communication are exceptional, the sales are a big plus, and my experience with customer service ultimately left me very satisfied. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

The product arrived in 3D printed vials well wrapped and from my experience, significantly more care is put into each order. Mine included the vials, some sort of thank you sheet, and a checked off inventory sheet. I’ve ordered from them 4 times now. The product is super linear which is great. It arrive at most in four days, at the least, 3 days. The website is super easy to navigate and the sales are absolutely insane. I love that you can often times stack coupons. I’m getting several compounds for the price of 4 from the previous website I was using. The anniversary sale which ended two days ago was absolutely insane with 50 percent off and I just use some random persons discount code and snatch and extra 15% totaling 65% off. Which some of the products would stay in stock a little better. Realistically I wouldn’t use anyone else if I could get everything I needed from the company. I know it’s big so I can’t expect for them to have everything 100% of the time. Overall I’m impressed, do recommend, and will keep using.

Excellent company with great service. I placed an order and immediately began receiving communications on the order and shipping. Arrived very quickly and vials were in nice plastic cases. This is my new company for product.

I ordered reta 20mg and mot c 40mg from Southern Amino been a decent customer never had a problem always had fast delivery and good product until I bought the reta came out very cloudy while the mot c was perfectly clear with the same bac water I sent them a side-by-side pic of both products they say company policy no returns after mixing which is ridiculous how would you know if the product is good or bad until you mix it for a substance that cost them $10 dollars or less to buy from China and sold for $60- $153 I bought it for$68.75 I guess I got an old batch it doesn't make any business sense at all to lose a good customer I give it a one-star

I am not sure why you pay for insurance? I pay and i am sure the delivery driver stole my package; because a picture was taken of it being delivered but when i got home it wasnt there. We i expressed this to the company they basically said “oh well”. I hate that I had already put in another order because I had to wait at home just in case I didn't receive my package AGAIN. They told me to take it up with the carrier. No empathy about loosing my order NOTHING…. But oh well, we got your money and we are not responsible rather you receive it or not. No credit, not discount on next order…..NOTHING. Glad i have other more caring vendors on hand. I was just trying them but won’t EVER AGAIN. I’d rather pay more for a personal vendor. Just my 2 cents; glad i didnt spend as much as i do with others.

Customer service is top notch! I didn't speak to anyone but what I mean is these guys constantly update you on your delivery up until is literally out for delivery in your home town.
