I don’t normally write reviews and I discovered this company had a pretty bad reputation after I ordered. I decided to write this because the part I ordered, a replacement for a factory spoiler on a 2018 Camaro, was a perfect match, painted well and to spec, and easily installed in the factory drilled holes. I got a communication right away that there would be a delay in getting the paint to order part to us, and then proactive communications disappeared. However, when I reached out I got a quick update and the part arrived as promised. Reasonably priced and exactly as described - though it took a bit longer than expected and required me to initiate communication. I would buy from them again.

Trash company advertises low prices, then comes back to ask for more money and tell you they are out of stock. When you refuse to pay more, they cancel the order instead of owning it. Garbage.

Very good experience with Southern Car Parts. Processed my order immediately and received tracking info the following day . Will purchase from them again.

Took forever to receive the part then it didn't fit the car it specifically said in the advertisement. Took forever to get someone to respond about it. No empathy or care that the post didn't fit. Said to return it for a refund. Returned it, still waiting on a refund, lol, and that was six months ago. So no refund. Don't EVER but from this company. They are a complete scam

Ordered part and still haven't received it. No return on email and they won't answer the phone. If I do eventually receive it will NOT order anything from this so called business again.

My order was missing 1 of 2 bottles of "WOW THAT'S IT!" car detailing spray wax / detailer. I called a few times and kept getting sent to voicemail. I called for 3 days, on the third day someone answered when I called. Once my call was answered that third day they immediately sent me a second bottle which I recieved a few days later. All Good Now. But It seemed scetchy there for a few days. I had given up, glad I called one more time on day 3.

They claim fast shipping but you can't even place your order because they don't answer the phone or emails. How they stay in business I don't know. It won't be long before it catches up with them.

My first experience with Southern Car Parts and I was extremely happy. Got exactly what I asked for and was very happy with their service. Thanks guys.

Absolutely horrible 1st time experience from Southern Car Parts and employee Brandy! I ordered the Cardo SPRT0002 Spirit HD Bluetooth Headset for $147.67 and then they cancelled my order and told me it wasn't available, but then raised the price to $179.95 and now 10 minutes later magically they have 1,000 of them in stock. Really very disappointing and sad that a company would do this to anyone. Congrats guys you have unleashed the dragon. Buyers Beware!!

I ordered a replica wheel for my C7 Corvette... I received it within a week - but that's where the goodness ends. It was the wrong size wheel... I requested a return/replacement - and they were happy to send me a shipping label and an apology... but it took three weeks and dozens of messages to receive a refund. I shipped the wheel back within a day of receiving a return label - and they received the wheel within 3 days after that. Nearly 3 weeks passed and still no refund. It would take days for anyone to answer my emails or messages - and when they did - I truly felt as if I was intentionally getting the run-around. Nothing I did - helped to get my refund processed... I honestly though my money was just gone. Thank goodness - after countless phone calls - and dozens of emails (and yes - I was nice each time I communicated with them) but the whole experience was horrible. I will NEVER buy anything from them again - and I absolutely cannot recommend them. Their customer service is non-existent.

Ordered bucket seat hinge covers for my 73 Plymouth Barracuda. Product delivered was not what I ordered. Contacted company to return and was told I had to pay for return postage and a 20% restocking fee! Not acceptable. Will NOT order from them again. Will use Detroit Muscle or Classic Industries. Classic Industries takes for ever to get most parts I have ordered but the parts are very good.

After the horse has been stolen I closed the barn door and locked it! I wish I had been more careful before ordering blacked out hood and trunk emblems for my C5 Corvette, (the car is silver with some black accents) based on the photos on the website. All I got in the mail yesterday was a couple of black stickers on two pieces of paper.
I have not had negative experiences with parts suppliers for Corvettes until now. I thought it was an honest sort of community of buyers and sellers. After reading other reviews of Southern Car Parts, all negative, I realize these people, or this person, is not in that group. I got burned but not as badly as some others who have written about Southern Car Parts. So "Thank You" Southern Car Parts; as they say one rotten apple spoils the whole barrel. Be sure, very sure, to check out each vendor of Corvette items. If one is bad others probably are as well.

Purchased a product & received a email saying I owe another $30 more because they priced it wrong. I gave them the option to refund my purchase or send the product. They chose the refund so I wanted to give them their far dues.
I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN & hopefully others will consider the same……

SKU: HS-172-FRP. Disgusting quality. Don't want to waste my time going back and forth to return it. Sent it straight to the garbage. Don't like to leave reviews, but had to communicate this one. Sorry.

I chose one star because there is no option to leave zero stars. Absolutely a SCAM, don’t order anything from this website. They are not a company. The one review on here about them calling them back and getting the part sent out is FAKE. Whoever created this website spent money to make it look legitimate. I should have looked at reviews online before they wasting my money and getting scammed. This website has a number that goes to voicemail. They don’t return phone calls. They don’t return emails. Hopefully people see this review and won’t be scammed. Check them out on social media, there are no comments because they erase them.

They charged my card sent a invoice then emailed me next day and said the advertised price was wrong and wanted more money before they would ship the parts this was done all while they were closed so it was programed in to the system i got my money back but tied up my money seven days and had to reorder from another vender very un professional now i dont trust them

Total scam had to dispute charge for items never sent. Don’t waste your time.

Do not purchase from this scam company. They will take your money and you will never hear from them again.

Don't belive me, call the number and press 1 for service. It will just hang up on you. Press 2 for orders and someone answers immediately but when you try talking to them about your issue they will say they will check and call you back. Then again nothing.

You've been warned, wish I had been. Now out 350 bucks.

I got a voicemail after another request for shipping status. Tammy left a voicemail and emailed me the tracking information. Based on the tracking, the product will be delivered tomorrow 12-6-2025.

I would not order from them again.

This place sucks they take your money then good luck after that. Put a tent on your porch because you won't get a tracking number you will be ignored.
