I have not received the product I ordered but was charged for. When I complained on their Facebook page, I was told that it had shipped, but the tracking number is invalid. Do not use this company.

Ordered on 12/16, got a confirmation email and nothing since. Emailed the company, no response.

Honestly can't give 5 star because I have not received the merchandise yet.

Ordered Nov 23, says item was shipped Nov. 29. Tracking seems bogus. Got an email response from the company that says it’s with Fed Ex but Fed Ex denies receiving the package. I will be disputing this credit card charge.

Ordered 2 'sweatshirts' on November 30, 2024 finally received them on December 19. The tracking number was bogus, showed the order was shipped in 2022 from Wuhan China and did not show a delivery carrier. Company did not respond to repeated emails about order status. Once received, the quality is very poor. These are not sweatshirts, feel like athletic shorts material, thin and shiny. No fabric content label, no washing instructions. Giving two stars only because I did receive the shirts, and reviewing the website it never said what the material was so shame on me. Will never order from this company again.

Ordered 2 shirts as Christmas gifts and they have yet to show up and there is no communication back from the company
I suggest that you do not order from Thai company and I will disputing the payment.

Runs small. Be sure to size up but a nice shirt. Have to order a new one for my spouse

I placed my order on 12/3, they e-mailed me it was shipped on 12/8 but when I try to track my package, it can't be found. It should have been delivered by now, they were Xmas gifts!!! Very let down. I called USPS & they told me a label was created but package was never shipped!! Of course, I've paid for it!! No phone # to contact anyone, good luck with getting anyone to e-mail you back. I've been scammed!!!!

I am assuming if I try to cancel the order it’s not going to happen because no one responds to the emails. Poor judgement on my part should know better than to place an order on a site with no phone number

I have been sending emails for 4 straight requesting an RMA number -NO RESPONSE FROM "Customer Service"! This is awful. The item I purchased does not fit the person I bought it for. I need to return this.

It was easy to order but I still don't have a tracking number nor has it been delivered.

I recently purchased sweatshirts from this company and the product I received looks nothing like the advertised product. The sweatshirts are slippery and wrinkled material. I paid extra for names on the sleeves and the font used on this was different than the font of the sweatshirt. I contacted the company via email and I was told the product needed to be sent back, at my expense, before they would even consider a solution. And a refund would only be offered if certain steps were followed but they wouldn't even tell me that process until after they received it back and it took days in between each email response. I decided to eat the loss and instead ordered the same product on Amazon with success.

Easy to order and navigate website. Original, fun products.

I ordered November 30th, 2024. I have not received my package. I have tried to contact them. The tracking number I was provided does not exist with any carrier. It says invalid. At this point I am assuming I have been scammed out of $54. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company! The worst I have ever experienced!!

I loved the logos and colors, the only issue I encountered was that the logo I wanted wasn't offered on a tee, only on a sweater or tank. Its too hot for a sweater so I had to settled for the tank. Other than that. Everything was great
