ordered sweatshirt for my husband for Christmas. no conformation. no tracking, and have not received. sent email and no response.

I have wrote you to find out if my sweatshirt I ordered back 3 weeks ago is going to ship, did not hear anything from you, so I ordered another for my grandson for Christmas, however i saw it was ordered in blk and I wanted the dark tan color. I have tried to reach you on your website too, thanks

The website is easy to use and so far no issues!

This was my first order with Southfaces. My only comment is that very little information was presented on shipping. There are no shipping options, only “standard”. No opportunity to expedite if needed and no estimate of arrival. The lack of information is concerning.

Ordering was simple. I will let you know when I receive the product. Thanks

I need to change the house number. Sent an email but have not heard a response to that.

It would be nice if you could pick the text first then the item then colors

Loved your catchy phrases on the sweatshirts, which really hit home with me as my children have been garage ppl for years, lol! I know their going to love this stuff!

Do Not order from this company If they are a Real Company!!!!!!!!!

The wrong sweatshirt was sent! I wanted the one that said, I’ll Be In The Garage not one that had to do with Golfing!! Can you fix it please.

Website sooo busy looking. Flashing “sales” and inabilities to X out of a feature

Do not order from this company. I placed and order 11/6/24, did not arrive, attempted to contact the company via the email address that is noted on their website, message did not go thru, email is bogus, unable to obtain a phone number.

Easy wording process - no specific delivery date was indicated so I hope everything gets here by Christmas! Waiting for a tracking number. Thanks

It was difficult choosing the color of the material and I was unaware that I choose the wrong color until after the purchase was made.

I placed my order on November 20, 2024. Still have not received it as of today December 11, 2024. On the website it says Southfaces is in Illinois. But my order is being shipped from China (PK4,or whatever, is a China shipping Co.). Tracking says it shipped like 3 days after ordering and as of yesterday tracking still shows the same, just shipped, no further info on where it is.

On the checkout page, show the format for phone number. I tried several before you accepted it.

Great website. Competitive prices. Can't wait for these Holiday gifts to reach their targets.
