My experience with Southgate Solicitors was faultless, i was involved with a custody battle for my two children both which are under 10 years of age, over the 15 months of my case, Amy, Antony and associated team were very professional and worked extremely hard for me, the outcome was very positive I won my court case, a big thank you Tim M

I chose this law firm as I’ve read good reviews on line. I’m divorced and my ex residing in our jointly own flat without paying me any rent and not willing to move out. Talking to this firm it seemed promising that I could get a success in my case. Initially I had to pay 2
£350 for talking and £350 for having the written talking????
The worst firm and solicitors you can imagine you will get. Lucy was allocated to my case. Initially they were very encouraging and welcoming. As soon as I choose then, it took 2 weeks I chase her til Lucy started to proceed with my case, claiming she was busy with her work and had to cover her colleagues.
After that I had to email her few time a week and she wouldn’t answer my email. Until I complained to her manager, Hasan. Having an email from her apologising for her ignorance I agreed to continue with her. She wrote too much in her email sending to my ex’s solicitor and every time I had to correct her for the fact and length and still I was charged for her lack of efficiency snd not interesting. Until last week I asked her to stop as my representative as I was struggling financially to pay her nonsense amount every week.
After she stopped still asked for over £1000 to pay. I paid £6400 total with not even one step progress in my straight forward case.
Biggest mistake of my life choosing them.

Rajan has been a great guide throughout my child arrangements case. He is very honest and straight to the point at times, which has been incredibly helpful as the court process is quite relentless at times! Yet he has also been very empathetic and I have been able to trust his direction. It’s very easy to go off on tangents when emotions are high and he has a great way of holding focus where it needs to be. He has always responded to my questions and concerns with speed.

We have now reached an outcome that I believe is manageable moving forward. We also addressed the issue of home education versus mainstream schooling, and I am glad that the status quo has been able to continue calmly without disruption.

I needed certified copies of my passport and driving licence. This was handled quickly and efficient.

I needed help with a written statement. The inquiring process was very efficient. There were some problems on my side so I had the put the process on hold but they were very patient with me. On the day of the appointment, they were really helpful and professional. The process was very smooth and I am very happy with the overall experience.
