I found a couple of different varieties that I wanted available here so I decided to place an order. They only ship, allegedly, once per week but, that wasn't a deal breaker.
However, they weren't shipped for several weeks and no reply to email. I sent a request to cancel the order and, shockingly, they were shipped later that day - a non-standard shipping day.

Upon receipt I received a single strain even though I'd ordered more than 1. They sent me the correct number of syringes but not of all the varieties I ordered. I followed-up and asked them to send me the other variety. No reply. There are other, more communicative sellers out there.

After a purchase is paid nothing happens. I had to wait 1week to a shipping label be generated. Since then 2 weeks have passed. No tracking information, no shipment, and the store is unreachable. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my payment, Nothing is happened. No response of any kind. Also myorder disappeared on my profile. The bill of the purchase is now available among my emails. I wouldn't recomment them. The only reason I purchased, because they allegedly had a rare mushroom culture that I wanted.

I have never gotten a spore syringe that had nothing in it until my last order from Southwest shroomery. I'm very into mycology to a point where I will actually look at samples before I inoculate. The two syringes I got had zero spores. I took multiple samples on multiple slides and could see nothing. I basically got some distilled water, 20 cc's, spent 38 bucks and got nothing. I emailed them twice and have yet to hear back.

I ordered a plate, some liquid culture & some hygrometers over a year ago, & despite emailing him several times (& receiving only an occasional excuse), I haven’t received my order & it’s been over a year :(

Because this transaction has been a fiasco from the beginning a refund was issued and pending in my bank account. Then it disappeared, from my bank account. Luckily I only got burned for $24.00. I'll update this review if and when the seller actually does what they say. 08.18.2024 I did receive my refund.

Ordered one spore, and it was shipped out. They kept me updated on the tracking. And when it arrived, they even included something extra. Complete transparency and quick shipping throughout the entire process. I highly recommend.
