Professional and personal customer service
I bought a 2013 sovereign from sovereign cellar a couple of weeks ago for my husband for our tenth wedding anniversary.
I was a bit nervous spending so much money online, however, I had a lovely confirmation email from the owner, Alan, saying that it had been packaged and when it would arrive. Lovely personal touch and put my mind at ease. Very professional! The sovereign was as described and my husband was thrilled!
