They sent me exactly what I needed, in a short period of time with no shipping fees!

I am an unsatisfied customer. I placed the order and for some reason the item was sent back as undeliverable and a refund issued. Meanwhile I had been waiting for over two weeks to receive the item. I finally sent an email inquiring whether there was a problem and found out at that time about the non-delivery and refund. The address for delivery was an office building that is open 25 hours/8 days a week, there is no reason that this item should have been undeliverable. We have a whole department devoted to deliveries and mailing services that deal with hundreds of packages a day. Now, because I still need the item, I have to find it from somewhere else as I will not be ordering from you all again.

Not sure for what order this is for my i am currently stationed overseas and I was able to get my items in a timely manner but there is still one of my package still missing. it never arrived with the first purchased, so i am short 2 items. However the items i have received is beautiful and its perfect for my DIY projects thank you!

Everyone was super helpful. My only concern, the heaters during the freezing temp were hardly effective. I hope next year stronger heaters will be installed.
