What a horrible and completely unreasonable service from both the shipping company and Spark Paws. Do not buy anything from here — total waste of time and money!

I ordered two items for a birthday, and weeks later the courier (Relay) only attempted the first delivery. After that, for more than a week the tracking said ‘redelivering today,’ yet no one ever showed up. Customer service never replied to any of my emails. Spark Paws didn’t help chase the shipping company until the very end.

When the delivery finally arrived—over a week late—I had already missed the birthday. And now Spark Paws is asking me to pay for the return myself. What a joke!

I am genuinely disgusted with this company and their behaviour. Do not use them. You can get better quality products and far better delivery service elsewhere. Save your money!

Very poor customer service, as well as very poor items! As others have said, they come from China & take a very long time to arrive, over 2 weeks in ny case. I managed to get a oarcel from Temu quicker!

I don't know for sure if it's a fake company. However, while the site claims to be a Canadian-owed company, led by owners who sought to find quality kit for their own dog in 2017 ... and the order form on the UK site purports to ship from a distribution centre in the EU ... everything comes from China.

When it became clear that my order wouldn't arrive in time, I quickly found a cheap alternative on Amazon. My hope was this would fill the gap until the Spark Paws order arrived. I was more than a little shocked when, after receiving both items, I found them to be identical. Not similar. Not clear hommages to eachother, or simply sharing the same molds ... but functionally, visually, and structurally identical. Same markings. Same materials. Same construction.

Apolgies to the owners if the original store was created from a sincere need and genuine intention...but the UK shop is nothing more than a storefront for cookie-cutter products that can be found cheaper elsewhere.

So disappointed that the item is shipped from China. Nowhere is this indicated on the .uk website. I would never have bought from here. Clearly trying to (and succeeding in) pull the wool over our eyes with its .uk address and cutsie 'our story' page. I've double-checked the Shipping Info by Country and, again, no indication that it's from China. I ordered two weeks ago and the item is still in customs in China.

Shame on you, Spark Paws.

Do not use scam .take your money then send a parcel from china it's a pair of dog sock s ..why send socks from china..it's not a UK company I still haven't received the parcel.and ther is no customer service do not use ...

Fantastic company- I love their products! I was initially a little worried that they were a fake company but I need not have worried!

My frenchie’s chain and collar is the best quality, looks fab and I love his little hoodie too!
