I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for the WONDERFUL service from Callum. I had a million and one questions to get my website up and running, not only did Callum get back to me within 5 minutes, he dedicated so much of his own time to help me. He is an absolute genius and tech wizz!! The same experience when I was with another company (I won’t say who!!) was such a long wait and difficult. Never will I ever even think about another domain hosting site.

If you want truly personalised service and support from a hardworking, passionate human (not a robot), then do yourself a favour by moving over to sparkznetwork. It is the best decision I’ve made and I could not be happier. Thank you so, so much Callum. You are so underrated, I would give you 10 full stars if possible! WOW, this company is fast. I wanted to move away from my current website host provider as they were quite some way from what I wanted. I contacted SPARKZ and within hours of contacting them, I was on their platform all moved over and working so much better than what I was struggling with. So much info is given making sure all is understood and what I received was far better than what I was expecting. I would highly recommend anyone to try SPARKZ as I have tried other companies and think I've found my perfect web host. Callum is a diamond, thank you.

I had been with XLN for 8 years and was desperate for faster broadband and better phone service as I was looking into having a VoIP system. some of the prices I was getting quoted from other companies were out of my price range.
I then realised that the Sparkz network company were now offering this service and couldn't believe my luck when they had given me my quote, as I'm paying more or less the same but simply have 5 times faster broadband and a VoIP phone.

Sparkz Network has exceeded all of my expectations and more and couldn't recommend them enough they are fantastic at what they provide.

Great service and so helpful he talks very techy and knows to dumb it down when he speaks to me but explains well what he has done so great for both the technically minded and not so technically minded. Also gives useful support with suggestions to improve and always finds us the cheapest solution. Great service highly recommend

Callum took over the management of my website a couple of ago and has created a new website for me this year. Really personal and patient experience.
