Dear Jose Manuel,
Thank you very much for your review. We are really sorry that our teachers, who have long experience working with all kind of students are not good enough for you.
We do not understand why after giving us a 2 stars review, then you attended all your remaining lessons and when you finished the course, you bought another course of 10 lessons to give us another bad review again.
As you have not used any of the lessons of this new course, we are going to refund you your money.
Kind regards,
Speakingathome team
