I was made aware of spectra drive because of another so called Farming claims. Whilst I was led to believe this awful company was acting as the insurance company they were indeed nothing to do with the insurance. So called manager was rude aggressive on the phone and refused to tell me where my car was? I later received this information via email. I also had phone put down on me. This company isn't interested in the customer they are in it make money out of insurance companies and vulnerable people. Read engineers report they don't even physically inspect the car they make a ridiculous estimate from photos whilst your car is stuck in storage costing insurance company more money. They don't give you lije for like courtesy car either they give a high end expensive 4x4 and then charge insurance company 200+per day. DONT TRUST THEM

They helped take stress out of the no fault accident we had, organised a hire can and had it within 24 hours, kept in regular contact to keep me updated on the status of the insurance claim. Everyone i spoke to at Spectra Claims we kind, calm and knowledgeable. Anytime i had a question they where more than happy to answer and put my mind at ease. Felt like they put me first instead of the insurance company.

Really helpful and straightforward advice , James was straight to the point and explained everything clearly so that I understood exactly what is happening with my claim, he has exceeded my expectations.

Outstanding service so far
I’m only 48 hours into my claim, but the experience has already been excellent. Everything has been handled quickly, smoothly, and with great communication throughout.
My car was collected and a hire car delivered in less than 24 hours, and the assessment of my vehicle was completed within 48 hours — which is incredibly efficient.
A special mention to James, who has been fantastic from the start. He’s answered every question I’ve had, no matter how small, and has guided me through the process clearly and professionally.
So far, I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Absolutely abysmal
Absolutely abysmal. Was put in touch with them through my insurer. They assured me I would face no out of pocket costs, then left a hire car with me deliberately longer than needed (I kept offering it back) & now send me threatening texts & emails at regular intervals claiming I am responsible for the costs. Avoid using them - they are shocking.
