I haven't had much time to get familiar with the program since I just purchased, but Jason was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions when I was trying to decide whether or not to purchase.

My overall experience was fantastic.
I researched Spelling Test Buddy, compared it with more than a half-dozen other spelling programs and decided this was the best product for me. I purchased the program and used it immediately. I really enjoy the program and can't wait to use with with my students. I added the Spelling Test Buddy link to a group chat with other teachers I collaborate with. I will text and encourage my administrator to review the program.

I am so relieved to have found this online platform. It saves me time and it is very easy to use. Love that it reads the words aloud to the students. The fact that it even gives them the word in a sentence! Wow! Thank you for this awesome platform.

Easy to make lists and engaging for students. I love how you can choose the accent, so it doesn't need to be American if you're outside of America.

We are still at the very early stages of introducing it but it should cut down planning time and will allow for greater differentiation with little additional teacher workload.

It has been extremely helpful to have a platform to give my students spelling tests and they immediately see their results. We are using the Words Their Way program that individualizes spelling based on the child’s needs. I think it’s a great program, but I’m giving 15 different tests to my 24 students. Using Spelling Test Buddy has been a time-saver.

Spelling Test Buddy saved the day when the program we had been using for years was phased out. They met most of our needs, and have been great about communication, listening to feedback, and making consistent improvements. This growing company has provided me with the tools I need to teach phonics and spelling to a diverse group of secondary English learners. I can easily differentiate by creating and assigning different lists, and having the audio testing feature means I don't need to personally read a different list of words to assess each student. The developer is extremely responsive and constantly makes improvements based on teacher input. The worksheets and activities are also easy to incorporate for extra practice. Having these resources readily available helps me prioritize spelling/phonics more than I ever have before, simply because it takes just a few minutes to set up the process each week. I give a pre-test on Monday, have students complete the worksheets and practice during the week, and post-test on Friday. Students who are still struggling can repeat a list the next week while others move on, and no one needs to know who is working on each list. I could not be more pleased by the value for the price, and my students' growth is clear to see.
