No support and no response.

I can’t even begin to explain how horrible my experience with Spendbase has been. There is no phone number, live chat ignores every single message, and my account manager doesn’t reply to emails at all. I deposited €515 on Dec 16, and since then it has been one disaster after another.

I can’t get their virtual card, despite sending video recordings showing the problem. Transfers kept getting rejected, and now the ones that supposedly went through never reached the recipients. When I call the receiving banks, they say they never received anything. It feels like my money just vanished into thin air, and nobody from Spendbase gives a damn.

I’ve been trying for 15 days straight, constantly ignored, no updates, nothing. If you get stuck anywhere, you’re on your own. This is not a service, it’s a nightmare.

I used this service for over a month, and my business and time have been completely wasted. Their support is non-existent, and their system is broken beyond repair. I would never recommend Spendbase to anyone. Avoid it unless you want to lose money, waste time, and get ignored.
