Sphere Digital Recruitment Reviews

I dealt with Nusrat who assisted me across every step of the way in finding an apt job for someone in a slightly less than conventional situation.

I cannot compliment her enough on the effort and time she put in across the way and the way everything was handled. Having dealt with more than a few recruiters in my time, I felt Nusrat went above and beyond in the assistance and is a great asset for Sphere as a company.

Fantastic experience with Kirsty from Sphere. I came in on the Monday and have been hired in a matter of days. She completely listened to exactly the type of job I was looking for, and I feel that the company is going to be a perfect fit for me. Definitely the most positive experience I’ve had working with a recruiter! Keep up the good work Kirsty :)

Great Experience with James of Sphere Recruitment. He understood exactly what I was looking for and was able to match me in first conversation with a great opportunity. Additionally, he made himself available for questions and feedback throughout the entire process. He's top notch!

I had been getting nowhere through other recruiters for ages now and have finally got a job through Sphere, I am so happy about it! I will never forget Kirsty and Sam's hard work, you have been so helpful and proactive. I could tell they really cared about whether I got the job too, it was nice to have such support on side.

So far its been a great experience with Lorna! She is always on top of follow up and setting up meetings. Great energy and fun to work with.

Very positive experience.
Kirsty was super nice and helpful. She put me forward for roles and also got me in touch with others at Sphere. I was introduced to Sam who helped me land a job and it took less than two weeks of joining Sphere. So thankful to Kirsty and Sam and everyone at Sphere who helped me through this process.

Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend. Jordon was very assertive and committed to find me a the right job and helped in all the process of the interview (spec. Training). Very communicative and giving me feedback all the time.

Evie at Sphere matched me with a relevant job opening very quickly, supported me through the interview process, kept me in the loop with the conversations she was having with the company and also offered impartial advice when making decisions.

I was really happy with this experience and have accepted the job that Sphere put my way so am also very grateful. Would definitely recommend!

very professional and consultative with opportunity directly attributed to your level and more importantly interest ..

excellent follow up and prep before and after cannot speak highly enough of their level of service ..

Loved working with these guys! Hard working and thorough and had some great clients on their books with some really interesting roles. Special thank you to James, Swaran and Will for all their hard work! 😁

Excellent guidance throughout the whole process, good communication and always keeping me in the loop and up to date.

Evie @ Sphere helped us source a tremendous candidate and continued to supply high-quality professionals who were bang on brief. Professional but also a super friendly company from top to bottom. Great stuff!!

Very friendly and cooperative recruitment consultants and management. Personal relationship is excellent.
Room for improvement: Candidate research took a while and has delayed the recruitment process. After assistance regarding target group and interesting verticals to look for, candidate research went better.

Kirsty is amazing - best recruiter we have ever used.

I had the best experience with Sphere Recruitment throughout my time trying to find a role in London. I had just recently relocated from New Zealand and Sphere were very helpful in my job search. I have been placed in a great job by James Johnson who is one of the consultants at Sphere Digital. James was very accommodating and would listen to my experience and needs and tried his best to find the right fit. James also had me in contact with his colleague Josh who was also awesome. James would work quickly and not leave me waiting for feedback etc after an interview. He met with me face to face which was very personable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who would like to find a new job in the media/advertising industry.
Thank you very much!

I have been placed in a wonderful job by James Johnson who is one of the consultants at Sphere Digital. He had my back through every stage of my interviews and was always calling back after to see how the interview went which was quite comforting as I have not been interviewing for a while.
Working with Sphere Digital has been nothing but professional and very friendly straight from the bat. I also met James' fellow colleagues, Richard & Joshua who introduced me to Sphere Digital and explained the process very thoroughly. I highly recommend this company to anyone who would like to find a new job in the media/advertising industry
Thank you very much!

I have just been placed into an amazing job by Swaran who is one of the executive consultants at Sphere. From initial conversation right through to the end contract signing, he has been nothing short of exceptional! Everything about my engagement with Sphere has been professional, transparent and above all else, very friendly. Highly recommend both companies looking to place candidates, and people looking for a new job to consider using Sphere!

Have used Sphere to build out my new sales and marketing department and I am very impressed with their diligence and drive to help my bring on the best available sales and marketing resources.
