Good cleaning but had billing mistake
We got a quick response and a very good quoted price for a cleaning services after a party. We met the cleaning team and they were thorough and very nice. Once we got the bill, the price was about 3 times the quoted total price. We contacted the company and they said it was a mistake. Luckily we had all of our contact with the company via email and we sent over screenshots of the agreed price range. They quickly apologized and sent an adjusted bill. In the end we are happy, but would think twice about hiring the service in the future.

God awful cleaning
Really terrible, the cleaners called last minute to say they couldn't come. We schedule on the weekend for a resaon -- we are busy with work during the week! The same reason we are trying to book cleaners in the first place. Then we rescheduled to the next day, and they came 35 minutes late. Totally disrespectful of our time and moving our schedule around to meet them and make sure they had everything they needed. After 3 hours, we returned home to find that they had cleaned one toilet bowl and the glass shower wall. There were smudges on all surfaces, crumbs and stains on the counters in kitchen and bathroom, vacuum and mop which we provided were completely untouched, floors totally dirty, trash not even taken out. We booked the "deep cleaning" service and there wasn't even a cursory clean performed. We tried to call them and text them, no answer. Totally worthless as cleaners. Absolutely worst service ever, will not book again. I hope for Spic and Span's sake that they drop this vendor ASAP (M.Rayan AB)

Nice Experience
My overall experience with the service was nice. They were very kind, careful and trying to do their job as well as they could. There were little stains left on walls, and doors were not cleaned properly, but other places were perfection 👌🏻

The kitchen cabinets still have the oil…
The kitchen cabinets still have the oil marks. The services were too slow. I did not the confirmation mail on the arrival of the cleaning service. Balcony is not glass cleaning is not done well.

We ordered for steam cleaning of carpet but the equipments were not sent for that. Also cleaning solvent for TV was not taken along with for cleaning.

Delivered what was promised.
The cleaning company did what it promised. We had the cleaning service for 4 hours, which was sufficient for cleaning the bathroom and kitchen properly. I would recommend going for a longer cleaning duration for cleaning every part of the house.

Good cleaning, broken promise
Steam cleaning was confiremd during booking but no steam cleaning service was provided. Spic & Span told that we had only that company who clould provide the steam cleaning on the said date and we can not provide other company. Otherwise, cleaning was good.

Hidden fee
I was charged an extra hour for living "on the outskirts of Stockholm". I live ten minutes away from Central Station! The actual cleaner was good but I do not trust this company due to the unethical extra fees that aren't mentioned until after you book.

Quality and efficent service
The service was great. I would definitly use Spic and Span again and would recommend them to others. Apartment was totally clean and the team were super efficient and had a great attention to detail. Very happy with this service.

I thought David was a nice guy
I thought David was a nice guy, but a bit rough in how he handled things. I also thought there could have been a more proper clean done. Deep cleaning it was not, rather rubbing over the surface with an already dirty cloth. Did a solid job overall.
