Shocking experience. I had to chase the delivery of my print and when it finally arrived, it was not what I’d ordered or paid for. Have messaged the company multiple times and have received no reply nor has the correct print been sent. Do not use - shop elsewhere

I found just the print I wanted.

First problem the net size not stated, only the gross size including indeterminate white border. But website says email them for assistance and they reply in 24 hrs.

I emailed them 2 weeks ago and again a week ago, but not a reply. No telephone number shown on website.

So hardly customer friendly !!

AWFUL quality print - very low resolution. Took weeks to arrive without any updates. Now they're not responding to emails. DO NOT TRUST.

I wish I had checked reviews before I purchased, I really could do without the stress. Zero response to my messages. No tracking information provided, it just says awaiting details when I press the link. And judging from the previous previews, if I do eventually receive it, then the quality is not going to be good :-( *I will update review with future outcome*
UPDATE-
After numerous messages I discovered that Evri had left my parcel on the floor outside my house while I was at work. When I got home after 5pm ...surprise surprise...it was gone. Contacted seller Spiffing Prints and they were completely unhelpful. Eventually and reluctantly they agreed to refund me, bu not the full amount. Completely ridiculous . I would not recommend this company!!!

The print I received looks nothing like it does on their website. Colours are pale and washed out. Clarity is poor.
I'm so disappointed.

A lot of their prints are completely out of focus.Shameful that they are allowed to get away with this.Never again.I bought about 15 (maybe more)prints a while back and about 3 were of decent quality only.

I had a poor experience and wouldn’t recommend this company. The poster we received was poor quality mainly due to lack of contrast, detail and clarity. It was a black and white print and many of the details were missing. The company did send another poster which was a slight improvement ( less blurry) but subsequently didn’t respond to my request for a refund:(

Lifesavers! I was in a desperate situation needing to print some designs for a last-minute job interview over the Christmas break. Every other printer in the area had turned me away. So difficult to get in touch with. Apparently my email regarding the border width went into the junk folder and my prints were dispatched as is and my last three emails have gone completely unanswered. Would love to speak with Dominic if possible.

I requested my prints without borders but both of my emails went into trash so my prints arrived with borders! A phone call to Ben resolved the issue immediately and he despatched replacements without borders that day and without asking for the originals to be returned which more than compensated for my inconvenience. The quality of the prints is excellent as is the customer service.

Spiffing prints is simply brilliant. My delivery arrived promptly.

Easy checkout, very fast delivery, excellent print quality and very wide range of pieces of art to choose from. In addition, the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend it if you want to decorate your house.

I received a first class service from Spiffing Prints. The item was exactly what I wanted and was promptly delivered to my door.

Ordered two prints X Large. Was very happy with one of the prints, the other was not as good (because i ordered in X large). Contacted them and they refunded me straight away - good customer service/aftercare. Will order more prints in the future!
