bad assistance. I sent emails, I wrote via private message on Facebook and none, EVER, of these i.d.io.t.s deigned to answer my questions.
In the end I purchased the same excellent quality product, at a third of the price of the spigen one.
Shame on you, you beggars who are nothing else

Order screen protector for new iPhone 15, product says it was shipped over 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. Tracking says "label created" but never picked up. Customer support does not respond. Avoid this company.

I used their case for a year when working outside because I needed some extra protection and it gave me exactly what I needed and saved me from having my phone cracked up.

I got few spigen covers for iphone and airpods, they are usually ok but the airpods cover rubber started falling apart after one year of normal use

The interaction with their customer service was all but helpful, shuffling between customer care departments, asking more detailed picture without reason (the one I sent already showed the problem clearly). It feels like there is a lot of friction designed in the process so that people give up.

They finally declared it "normal wear and tear", I insisted as it was not a problem with aging/patina/discoluration or similar, but the product was broken to a point it could not assolve its function anymore, and its not acceptable after one year of use, its exactly the reason we have warranties.
So they instead declared it was "damaged due to an external cause such as a strong pressure or impact" and that "it is difficult to ascertain whether the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect".

Again they seem to go around to any extent to avoid respecting the warranty.

Les deux écrans se sont successivement brisés sans même qu'il y ait eu de choc et alors même qu'ils avaient été installés dans le respect de la notice fournisseur. J'ai réclamé le remplacement ou remboursement de ces produits en application de la garantie légale de conformité mais le vendeur a refusé. Ils ont fait l'objet d'un signalement auprès de la répression des fraudes.

I bought 2 Spigen tempered watch glasses for my new iwatch ultra, they weren’t cheap and I thought they were supposed to withstand a hammer bashing on them…. I have already gone through two of the screens in two times whipper snipping, I don’t even know what happened except maybe a small rock touched the glass and shattered the new protectors, I feel these aren’t a quality product at all! I sent an email explaining this and was just told to purchase another screen and that I was lucky my proper screen didn’t break… I
Am too scared to pull the second smashed protector off as I don’t have a replacement yet…. I’m going to say the packaging is awesome, looks like a quality product but it’s not worth the money I paid for it!!!

Actuellement sur mon Galaxy S7 avec une Spigen liquid air, que j'ai depuis 2018 sans aucun crack et sans protection de l'écran supplémentaire.

Spigen es una marca que compraba en Amazon. En concreto, fundas para el XR, la transparente entera amarilla cuando menos te lo esperas (a pesar de su publicidad antiamarillento), después compre unos protectores para el iPhone XR, caros, quitan brillo a la pantalla y cogen mucha huella y suciedad. Después compré para el iPhone 13, funda transparente, amarilla en nada, la funda transparente con bordes negros, no se ajustaba bien al iPhone.

Mi conclusión es que spigen está sobrevalorado, creo que es una marca que no volveré a comprar. Y además no es que sean baratos

Though Spigen products, iPhone cases, rate "okay" quality wise, DO NOT BUY SPIGEN PRODUCTS directly from the company. I bought the Cryo Armor case for the iPhone 14 Pro for $65.00 "trusting" the company to get the best deal. Lesson learned! ....DON'T! A couple of days later, out of curiosity, I went to Amazon and same exact product costs $20.00! I spoke to Spigen customer service and they were unhelpful, disinterested, disdainful and cavalier. Spigen products sold through Spigen are mostly "mark-up" and you will find they are NOT WORTH IT ....if you simply do a little shopping around.

Threw it away. It worked ok for the first 4-5 months, then the front cover started to come loose becasue the adhesive is not very strong . It then became hard to close because the cover would come away it was possible to fold it back in but a pain to do. Eventually it actually snapped at the thinest point. Complete waste of 38 pounds, seen lots of comments like this..So I hope they go bust . It does make the phone really bulky also and difficult to access the real edges but I could have lived with that.

Poorest customer service around. As reported by others here ordering from their site is a rip off. You pay ridiculously high delivery costs to wait weeks for delivery with no tracking. After weeks of frustration you find out that you have to pay even more courier costs because the sender didn’t pay for full delivery!? To top it all you get no response regardless of the number of support tickets you submit.

Perfect fit and my phone seems indestructable. Best case I've ever had.

I recently purchased a spigen tough armor phone case for my Galaxy S10.I bought other brand cases before but they were bulky and buttons hard to use. I love how slim your case is, and the sleek flat design. The buttons are even easier to use than without a case. have dropped my phone several times and no damage. I feel this is the best phone case I have owned

My Spigen KUEL [S40-2] car mount failed in less than 2 years, despite barely being used and being in mint condition. When I say failed I mean it would no longer stick to my dashboard. The company doesn't supply the replacement sticky pads, which would have fixed the problem. Clearly not an environmentally responsible company

Constatly fight to have your listings removed - had a few phone cases i wanted to sell and they treat me like a criminal for merely daring to compete with them. Never had the courtesy to contact me first and ASK me to remove it if they had a problem, instead they fabricated a reason which ebay blindly sided with solely because they are the manufacturers, reporting me behind my back on the sly like the cowards they are. I will burn all bridges with this company

Please be vary of their shipping fees.

They charge you a high fee for shipping and then they only pay a fraction of that and send you the item with a very cheap shipping without proper tracking .

They are making money on the shipping fee that you as a customer pay . and put you in a situation that have to wait as long as it takes .

I contacted Spigen support and their reply was that; it may take as long as 30 business days or more and if after that i have not received it yet , I should contact my local post office !!!

If they had charged me USD 5-6 for shipping i would accept the above reply BUT they charged me USD 19 for such light weight and small parcel . ( 2 Samsung cases )

Now i doubt their company as whole .

Cheap dishonest business ethics .
