Hi Mark
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. 💛
We are really sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties with your withdrawal.
We always do our very best to make sure deposits and withdrawals go as smoothly as possible. Normally, withdrawals take 1–3 banking days to process, and if you use the instant bank payment method, it can often be even faster. Sometimes, however, issues can occur that are outside of our control – for instance, if a bank blocks or delays a payment.
We can see that your case has already been resolved together with our customer support team. Should anything similar happen again, please do not hesitate to reach out – we are always happy to help. 📞
Kind regards

Hi Violeta🌸.
We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve had this experience and understand that it feels disappointing when winnings don’t turn out as expected.
When a bonus is used, the terms attached to it determine what can be withdrawn once the wagering requirements are completed.
In this case, the system automatically adjusted the balance according to those terms, and that’s why your bonus winnings were limited to £90.
You’re very welcome to reach out to our support team if you’d like us to go through your account in detail and explain exactly how the balance was calculated. 💬
We truly appreciate you sharing your feedback and wish you all the best.
Have a lovely day 💙
Not a good site at all
My last deposit went into bonus account therefore didnt allow me to play the games I wanted, disgusted if thats how they operate Not a good site at all , very few and far between wins and bonuses if you get one that is payouts very poor compared to other sites spend a few 100 over last few days and most bonuses only pay 10% or less , and played games all bass the Xmas blizzard over 300 spins hight win £6 and that's at a £1 spin, got 2 very poor bonuses, lesson learned I would stay away from the site, don't be fooled by bonuses you will never meet the wager, oh well there loss not mine, but should have took the warning from reviews on here

Hi David,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we’re truly sorry to hear that your experience has been disappointing.
All bonus-related information, including how funds are allocated and any wagering requirements, is explained before accepting the offer, but we recognise that this process should always be as clear and transparent as possible.
Regarding your experience with wins and payouts, it’s important to note that all our games — including bonus features — are entirely based on chance, which means outcomes can vary widely over time. There are no guarantees, and sometimes results may be lower than expected, while other times they can be higher.
We never want any player to feel disappointed or misled. If you’d like, our support team would be happy to review your account and explain in detail how the bonus and wagering conditions applied in your case.
Best regards
The SpinKing Team
Complete scam company 😒

Hi Kelly,
We’re truly sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience. All of our games are based entirely on chance, which means that outcomes can vary greatly from player to player and over time — there is never a guarantee of a win.
We also want to assure you that our bonus features follow clear terms and are designed to trigger randomly, just like the games themselves. Every player has the same fair opportunity, and no system is in place to influence the results.
We genuinely regret that your time with us has left you feeling disappointed. If you would like to discuss your account or experience further, our support team is here to help and can look into any specific concerns in more detail.
Best regards
The SpinKing Team

The offers and games are rubbish and don't pay out . They take your money give you a few free spins and the bonus is futile .you get nothing back in return whatsoever.

Hi Ivan,
We’re sorry to hear that your experience with us hasn’t met your expectations. 😔 At Spin King, all bonuses are designed to give players extra funds to try our wide range of unique games. Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which ensures the bonus is used for gameplay rather than withdrawn immediately.
We encourage players to review the full terms of any bonus before accepting it, so you know exactly how it works. All deposits used for play cannot be refunded once spent, as this is part of how the games operate.
Best regards,
The Spin King Team 👑
CORRUPT AVOID!!!
DO NOT USE! COMPLETLEY CORRUPT. I deposited and was given £20 bonus funds, even the money i deposited went into bonus funds. The only way i could withdraw is by meeting wagering requirements. I managed to get up to £2000! However, once I met the wagering requirements the amount then went down to £64! After speaking to customer service, I was advised you can only ever win 7 x your deposit amount, however they still allow you to play up to £5 a spin! Which is absurd if you can only withdraw 7 x the amount you deposit. Luckily I only put £10 on but please dont use them! What there doing should be illegal.
