Update 04.04.2026 – €63.522 Echtgeld gestrichen

Ich aktualisiere meine Beschwerde, da die Begründung von Spinrise Casino nicht mit den vorliegenden Daten und der dokumentierten Kontohistorie übereinstimmt.

1. Bonusphase vollständig abgeschlossen

Der High-Roller-Bonus wurde vollständig abgeschlossen, umgesetzt und am 20. März manuell abgerechnet. Das Casino hat den Gewinn auf maximal €10.000 gedeckelt und eine Teilauszahlung verarbeitet. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war der Bonusvertrag abgeschlossen und nicht mehr aktiv.

2. Schriftliche Bestätigung von Echtgeld (Schlüsselbeweis)

Nach der Anwendung des Caps hat das Casino ausdrücklich bestätigt, dass meine zusätzliche Einzahlung von €478 wieder als Echtgeld gutgeschrieben wurde. Dies war keine automatische Systemmeldung, sondern eine manuelle Entscheidung, die mir schriftlich mitgeteilt wurde.

Dadurch ergab sich ein Gesamtguthaben von €10.478 (€10.000 gedeckelte Bonusgewinne + €478 Echtgeld), was eindeutig zeigt, dass das Casino zwischen Bonusgeldern und Echtgeld zu diesem Zeitpunkt differenzierte.

3. Mathematische und System-Beweise

Hätte das System tatsächlich nicht zwischen Bonus und Echtgeld unterschieden, wäre das Guthaben exakt auf €10.000 gedeckelt worden. Dass €10.478 gutgeschrieben wurden, beweist, dass meine Einzahlung separat als Echtgeld behandelt wurde.

4. Spielhistorie bestätigt Echtgeld

Die offiziellen CSV-Bet-History-Dateien des Casinos zeigen, dass nach der Gutschrift das Spiel mit einem Guthaben von €478 fortgesetzt wurde. Das Guthaben fiel nie auf null, und die übrigen €6.000 Bonus-Gewinne waren zur Auszahlung gesperrt und nicht spielbar.

Alle nachfolgenden Gewinne (~€64.000) stammen somit ausschließlich aus dem bestätigten Echtgeld.

5. Doppelte Anwendung der Bonusregeln

Das Casino versucht nun, denselben Bonus-Limitierungsmechanismus zweimal auf Gewinne anzuwenden, obwohl der Bonus bereits vollständig abgeschlossen und gedeckelt war.

Ein abgeschlossener Bonus darf nicht rückwirkend auf zukünftige Gewinne angewendet werden. Jegliche technische „Vermischung“ durch das System kann nicht dazu führen, dass Echtgeldgewinne zu Bonusgeldern werden.

6. Kommunikation und Spieler-Vertrauen

Ich erhielt mehrfach Bestätigungen vom VIP-Support, dass die €478 Echtgeld sind und keine weiteren Abzüge erfolgen würden. Diese Aussagen haben meine Entscheidung beeinflusst, das Spiel fortzusetzen.

Dies wirft ernsthafte Fragen zur fairen und transparenten Kommunikation auf. Spieler müssen sich auf die Richtigkeit der Aussagen von Casino-Vertretern verlassen können.

Fazit

Die vom Casino selbst bereitgestellten Beweise (Spielhistorie, Guthabenfluss, schriftliche Kommunikation) zeigen eindeutig, dass die umstrittenen Gewinne aus Echtgeldeinsätzen nach Abschluss des Bonus entstanden sind.

Die erneute Streichung von €63.522 ist daher nicht gerechtfertigt und basiert auf einer fehlerhaften Rückabwicklung bereits abgeschlossener Bonusbedingungen.

Spinrise is refusing to close my account despite multiple clear requests and direct contact with my VIP manager.

This is a serious responsible gambling issue. Ignoring a closure request is completely unacceptable.

Verification is extremely slow, withdrawals take over a week, and the cashback system is very poor compared to other platforms.

Overall, a very disappointing experience and lack of professionalism.

Complaints have been filed with Curaçao eGaming and ADR.

I would strongly advise anyone to be very careful with Spinrise Casino.

I am currently trying to withdraw my funds, but my withdrawal keeps getting rejected despite providing all requested documents multiple times.

I submitted:

Full bank statements covering all deposits
Deposit screenshots from my account
Identity verification (including selfie with ID)

However, they keep asking for the exact same documents again and again.

The main issue is that they require exact timestamp matches (UTC) for deposits, which is not technically possible when payments are made through third-party providers. The booking times in a bank account will never exactly match the internal system timestamps of the casino.

Even after explaining this and providing all possible proof, they continue to delay the process and claim that documents are missing or incorrect without clearly stating what is actually wrong.

It feels like a deliberate attempt to delay or block withdrawals.

I have been cooperative the entire time and provided everything requested, but the process is going in circles.

I hope this can still be resolved, but at this point I cannot recommend this casino based on my experience.
