The associate that answered the call…
The associate that answered the call helped with what my issue was with my Phillips 7.0 stepper. I thought it was another issue but after talking with him I checked and confirmed it was the gear motor. He called me back as promised and sent me the motor link and installers I can call. I ended up ordering the motor he told me I needed based on my model and serial number. I wish I got his name.

Treadmill is running again!
I found the part I needed at a reasonable price. I was able to receive it quickly after ordering, and got great support from Spirit Parts. The swap out was easy and it got my treadmill working again. My control board got zapped in a power surge. The xTerra 4500 is very expensive new, so fixing it was my only option. And so glad I did. I now have a surge protector, too!
I highly recommend Spirit Parts for your treadmill needs. The customer service and support there is great, and I'm sure they can help you find the correct part that you need.

I had a great experience working with…
I had a great experience working with Vitu from Spirit Parts Support.
I initially received the wrong part for my XTERRA treadmill, but Vitu took the time to thoroughly research the issue and identified that the manual itself had an error. Instead of just sending another guess, he made sure I received the correct assembly needed to fix the problem.
His responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to resolving the issue properly really stood out. Everything worked perfectly once the correct part arrived.
It’s rare to find support like this anymore, Vitu went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Vitu was top‑notch.
Vitu was great! I wasn’t 100% sure about the part details needed for our gym’s Spirit Elliptical, but he was incredibly helpful in identifying the correct part just from the diagram photo.
The first shipment was returned by USPS due to an address error—despite the address being correct—so I emailed Vitu, and once again he immediately took care of it and sent out a replacement order right away.
We now have everything we need, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Thank you, Vitu!

Xterra FB150 Replacement Computer
I had a Xterra FB 150 Exercise Bike and had the computer break off due to children using the bike. I fortunately found Spirit Parts by Thread Parts during COVID online and was able to purchase a new computer for the exercise bike. I was very happy that I was able to replace the part. The computer is working great and have not problems at all.
