I can never open the spirio app. I want to cancel this app. I'm tired of trying to open it. It keeps saying retry. Do Not Renew this subscription. I am not happy with it....

Has helped my lower back
I try to find time to use the Spiro for at least a few minutes every day (not always successful, unfortunately!) and it has helped a lot with my chronic back issues. I would typically have an episode every few weeks where I would move the wrong way, feel a "twinge" and then be in considerable pain for a few days. It's been months since I've had one of those episodes. Thanks a lot!

Great yoga accessory
My yoga instructor uses these in her classes and explains their benefits and function. It is very helpful in targeting areas and focusing on those areas. It is also easy to carry and pack

I love my Spiro!
I have enjoyed my Spiro for a while! I am a yoga practitioner, and it is really helped me to go deeper into stretches. When my 85-year-old mother started having issues with sleep due to restless leg syndrome, I saw that stretching could help, so I bought one for her and she is loving it! It’s really making a difference in her life. I love Spiro.

much better stretching
I live in Switzerland, am 61 years old and my stretching was accordingly insufficient. I have been using the SpiroStretch for a few months now. The exercises help me to get a few centimeters further everywhere. And I realize how a flexible body leads to deeper breathing and an inner well-being.
