Once in a lifetime experience!
We were part of a group going up next to the spitfire and boy was it great! They also rebook easily, allow dogs and has great accommodation.

The family bought me this very special ticket and whilst I did have some worries prior to the flight on the day everything was just so so perfect. The ground crew looked after me and my family, that I paid to be able to go up in a sky taxi, brilliantly and made the day even more special. I was greeted by a young chap and was a little concerned as I thought he might be my pilot, but no he was the charming chap who was going to get me physically and mentally ready flor the flight.

The pilot was a very experienced man who totally looked after me. Once in the plane we could speak to each other and he made sure I was alright throughout the flight. The sky taxi took off 5 or 10 minutes before we did but then we caught it up very quickly and then came in alongside both sides of it and then peeled away to ensure those onboard got great photos and videos of the flight.

I chose to fly out over Portsmouth and Gosport, then out over the Isle of Weight where I was allowed to take control and fly the plane for a minute or so. Shortly after that I was asked what manoeuvre I wished the pilot to make and I said a victory roll, which was just fabulous to experience.

On our return the wider family were waiting and we were given plenty of time to have our photos taken with the plane and the crew. I should also mention that we had the most sensational blue sky day which just added to the overall experience.

Thank you all that did this for me and the family. Good value for money and sorry for not getting around to writing this review sooner.

Amazing bucket experience
worth every penny

WOW! What an experience, my partner at last did his flight of a life time, he was absolutely speechless. the staff dresser & advisor Don , pilot Dave so informative not only that but did everything to make Vinney's day special. Then a wonderful surprise for my self & his friends took a second plane to fly alongside the Spitfire with yet another pilot Don. AMAZING! These guys show their real devotion for this wonderful aircraft, you come away feeling the same way! What a day, would thoroughly recommend this wonderful adventure.
