This place was awesome
This place was awesome. Way better in person. Furniture was clean floors as well. Very well kept studio. Host was great. Gave tips on best spots for photos.

Very nice place
Very nice place, true to pictures: luminous, spacious, clean and well decorated! We rented this place for a wine photoshoot and we loved it. Recommended place for sure!

Easy to Use, Quick Turnaround for Producers on a Tight Deadline
I was all set to film a couple of interviews in L.A. when, a week before the shoot, one person said their home was being remodeled, and another simply lived too far away to make interviewing them convenient for our schedule. Google led me to Splacer, and within a few hours of putting in the requests, I'd booked two locations that were gorgeous and didn't break my budget. And the homeowners couldn't have been more accommodating. I highly recommend Splacer for filmmakers who are working on tight schedules with tighter budgets!

The host sexually harassed me and my guests the entire time. He repeatedly tried to end the hosting early because he couldn’t have his way. When I tired writing a review and emailing Splacer did nothing. Please beware of this website
