1). With a vast number of reviews, both positive and negative, I was initially skeptical about whether Splendid Logo was the right fit for creating the logo for my business. The negative reviews, in particular, gave me pause. However, I quickly realized that those individuals may have simply been unlucky in their choice of team, perhaps a case of bad apples. That was not the case for me. I was truly blessed with the best team: Project Manager Travis Hudson and designers Dennis and Steve. These three were where the magic happened.

2). Even after paying the initial fee, I had lingering doubts about whether they would deliver, especially given some of the feedback I had read online. I couldn't have been more wrong. Travis immediately gave me a direct contact number and maintained consistent, prompt, and reliable communication via email. Honestly, they were better at communication than I was—something I truly appreciate. Hats off to Travis, Steve, and Dennis for their incredible patience and professionalism in working with me as a client.

3). This team went above and beyond. They not only delivered exactly what I envisioned but did so with unwavering patience, always listening carefully to my input. Because of Travis, Steve, and Dennis, my experience was seamless and enjoyable. I genuinely don’t know who else Splendid Logo might have hired that led to those negative reviews, but I can confidently say those individuals must have had the wrong team. Travis Hudson deserves a raise! I sincerely hope everyone who works with Splendid Logo gets the chance to collaborate with these three gems.

Great experience. Not being a computer person I had trouble keeping up with the technology but very pleased with the sproduct.

Please stay far away from this company. They are a scam and their “Legal Consultant” team is predatory and very pushy. All I purchased was a logo. I discussed them designing a journal and we went over a quote for a trademark application. I told them I was not ready to proceed with either and I just wanted to purchase my logo for now and worry about the trademark closer to my business launch date. SINCE THEN I have received NUMEROUS emails and phone calls regarding “someone else” wanting to do a trademark under my company name. I eventually told them I don’t care if anyone takes the name, I will just change it. All for them to tell me they would proceed to do the trademark application under my name at no cost to me which I DID NOT ASK FOR. Just stay away from them! They are a shady business!

Unprofessional, liars, rude…. If ur looking for a real logo run far away from them! They used a online logo generator to make my logo. And then was offended when I let them know… They lied and harassed me calling me back to back while I was at work. I never seen a business call like that they leave a message and wait for a return call. Not these scammers!

My experience with Splendid Logo began poorly, as the designs for my business did not meet my expectations. I initially purchased a basic logo design for $219, but they suggested an upgrade to a 3D logo, which offered minimal improvement. Consequently, I opted to retain my original logo and make minor modifications to ensure copyright protection, incurring an additional $300 fee.

The most concerning aspect of this business is their guarantee of a refund if the client is dissatisfied with the design. However, my experience contradicts this claim. I purchased a $219 package and an additional $170 to retain copyright, but ultimately upgraded to a $300 3D design package that included both the design and copyright. Despite my dissatisfaction with the initial designs, I requested a refund. However, their response was inadequate. They offered me $300 in credits for future services, which I declined. I then requested a full refund, but their attempts to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful.

On October 9, 2024, I contacted the manager to request a refund. Despite my repeated requests, I have not received any further attempts to contact me.
