My experience with Splitero has been the best! It was easy and painless. It has freed us financially to travel the world.

The Splitero staff was very helpful. They helped me contact the necessary businesses like my homeowners insurance, that I needed to complete my application. They kept me in touch all the way through the process. When I had concerns or questions answers came very fast.

They said they could help, then I gave them my financial information and waited on thier messages, phone calls, and texts only to be told I was disqualified right at the end for having an old roof. Isn't home improvements one big reason people get these types of loans? This I'm told this after I already promised loved ones that I was going to repay them for the help they gave me over the years. The other reason they gave me was that the terms of my existing mortgage was 40 years and they only do 30 year loans.Why does that matter if their balloon payment at the end is set at 26 years? Like they didn't know my existing mortgage terms from seeing my mortgage statement at the beginning of the process? They are financial information harvesters is what I now believe. Steer clear, a waste of time, disconcerting, predatorial, and disrespectful. People if you have bad credit because you were too poor to meet your obligations at some point, just be poor and dont give the greedy your personal info so that they can forecast how to screw in the future. America was founded by debtor revolutionists.

They could check your equity without running a credit report only to tell you can't help. Waste of time. Worthless Their reply a joke. Don't waste your time with them.

Ease of communication and rapid responses to questions and inquiries.

I was little scare about HEI loan, but I feel comfortable talking with Angela and she explained every step and answered all my concerned questions. From start to finish the process took less than 4 weeks. I highly recommend Splitero for anyone considering an HEI. I want to say a big thank you to Splitero for helping me with my financial needs.

On-line paperwork went smoothly and loan was processed with ease in a timely manner.

I was targeted excessively to engage in the program. I end up applying and get accepted. During the lengthy process, things get passed to an outside title agency who started playing games with every document submitted. They do not care about you and your cause. Just making money. Watch the youtube videos and look them up on reddit, X, and Facebook. Much more details there. If I can give negative stars, they would get it.

I have been made to watch their commercials constantly. It’s torture Please stop splitero with your name-recognition ad buys.
