We love sending Spoonful to team members who may be out for illness or surgeries. Just a nice way to wish to well and let them know we look forward to seeing them back at the office. We received such nice compliments from those who have received boxes.

I've ordered several of these as gifts and it's always consistent. Not only is the soup delicious but the cookies are too. The presentation is also impressive as soon as you open the box.

Sent a package to a friends family that was supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY but now shows it being sent BACK!
So embarrassing to have someone on the look out for a package only to have it NOT show up especially when you want a nice meal that they don't have to cook( the whole reason it was sent)
Even more infuriating - I called twice - left 2 messages and reached out twice on their on line contact form. The chat bot wasn't working although the hours were showing open. Not being able to contact is a HUGE problem and unacceptable! Next step in calling credit card company . Really disappointed with a company I've used 3 times already this year. Thought the shipping issue with last one was a fluke- apparently not! Worst part- WHERE is the package and now wherever it is it's spoiling.Sad and disappointed

The soup was ok. Earlier in summer it was great but this time was just ok. And the two types of cookies (chocolate chip and double chocolate chip) were really bad. They didn’t hold together and tasted bad, like baking soda and no butter. I think the recipes changed. Do not recommend.

Spoonful is great! So far all of our clients have loved and appreciated all the goodies in the box. We always send the chicken soup and chocolate chip cookies with the rolls. Our clients especially love the bedside bell we add to the package. We will keep using spoonful!

Loved that it was quick and easy to order and that there was a Gluten-free option.

Our friend sending us the package was such a lovely thought. The soup; however, is tasteless. What could have been a tasty broth with great vegetables was thickened with a potato starch that made us gag. The pre-packaged soups at Costco are way better. The cookies also had no flavor and were grainy, and, the rolls were stale. We were so disappointed.

The food is great but also we like protein like salmon. Brown rice,yellow rice may be seafood if possible but every one love Dersert something sweet once in while thak you for the great meal

Delivery was fast and the customer service person her name was Kat was fantastic.

I ordered a birthday basket for my 86 year old father. Possibly the last birthday gift I can buy him.
They took my $100 for soup, cookies and rolls which is not cheap and I asked if the delivery was guaranteed for the next day.
No discussion or option to pay more to ensure it arrived at the 12-3 window promised.
So it’s now 7:30 pm and no gift.
UPS has had this order on their truck all day and will deliver it by 9 pm or not at all today! Doubt it’s even edible.
How difficult would it have been to offer premium shipping service? If you are going to sell gift baskets for occasions like this you need to make sure your shipping service is adequate to guarantee delivery.
I am very sad and disappointed.
They offered a refund but it’s not about the money. It’s about a missed birthday for my senior father.
He and my mother were excited to share the soup and enjoy the other items in the gift.

I had a slightly opened container that spilled, and they wont do anything unless its spoiled. Doesnt matter it spilled. Attached is their response. So much for 100% garantee.

I have a non profit, tax exempt corporate account. Despite numerous emails and requests, the company rep refused to take sales tax off of my order. I ordered the product only because I got it cleared through my company's fiscal department. It doesn't matter what I buy or where I'm sending it, my order should not have sales tax added to it. I won't likely order from you again because your customer service was awful and their information was incorrect.

If you enjoy spending $100 for items that would cost less than $29 at Walmart (w a full sized stainless serving ladle) with fancy packaging that simply gets thrown away, then this is the gift package for you!

The value equation on this thing is ridiculous and the shipping charge is outsized considering their contract price w the carrier.

All to send salty broth across the country. For that amount of money I’d rather get steak for $100!

This is the most amazing, and well-received gift I give for SO many reasons, except for my chocolate lovers. (not that they wouldn't love your soup package, it's just that chocoate is sometimes what's needed, lol)
Delivery is fantastic, communication very good, I even sent some to myself once to make sure what I was sending was good, and it IS! Delicious! The packaging, the silver ladle,all the sweet little sayings on the boxes, all the choices to pick from, A Spoonful of Comfort has it all. This company is amazing!

I can't say enough great things about Spoonful of Comfort. I use them exclusively for my company's gifting needs - from sympathy gifts to get well gifts. When I had surgery I was lucky enough to recieve a box myself -- such a great gift!
