Do not use usaglasses horrible place

Great experience with SportRx! Oscar was fantastic, helped me test frames for fit and color, and my progressive prescription was flawless from the start.

I bought prescription glasses that were too small. I was able to talk to a real person fast and exchange the glasses for a new better fitting pair.

If you’re ordering glasses online, I can’t recommend SportRx enough. I’d also disregard the manufacturer sizes and use the SportRx-provided sizes from the drop-down menu in the item description. They’re significantly more accurate than the Oakley etc sizes.

Nothing but positive things to say about SportRX. My prescription goggle inserts are fantastic and really make skiing so much better without having to deal with my glasses or contacts. I had an issue with my inserts and after a quick email, they immediately sent a prepaid return label and had the product back to me all fixed up in less than a week. Extra shoutout to Phillip in CS for being so responsive, helpful and most importantly, friendly! Thanks SportRX!!

Bought a expensive pair of Oakley shocktube shooting glasses the process was good but when they showed up they constantly fog up i asked about it and it costed more money for a fog coating which i could not afford but they actually helped me out to get it done just to make sure i was happy you cant ask for better service than that

I ordered a pair of Julbo Vintage Glacier sunglasses with prescription lenses. I received them in a timely manner. But they just weren't quite right. All I know is that wearing them made my feel nauseous and like my eyes were crossed. I contacted SportRx by email even though I had procrastinated past the 45 day return policy. I got a reply the next day saying they would try and fix the problem. And they did. They identified the problem. Most likely the glasses I had ordered just didn't sit on my face right for the prescription to be in the right place for my eyes. Figured out what frames would work and asked me if I wanted to change anything else. They sent me a post paid return label. I sent my glasses back to them. With in two weeks I had the replacement pair (Julbo Chams). Along the way I got at least 3 emails and a phone call letting me know the status of my order. The new glasses are perfect. I can't say enough good about the SportRx team and how they stand by there guarantee. I am very impressed and will buy again from them.

When it comes to customer service these guys have it down. If you are looking for a company that will take care of you before, during and most importantly after the sale then go with them?

Second time ordering. Experience was amazing. Optician Natasha provided impeccable service, responsiveness, and support. Product was also great. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Overall experience was great, my only complaint was that I order some stuff on Monday and paid for 4 day shipping. Its now Friday and my order just shipped out today. Other then that small thing every else has been great

First the back story: My son told us he was having trouble seeing the board in his classes and admitted it had been like this for quite some time. He simply didn’t want glasses. But luckily he convinced himself it was something he needed to tell us, and he let us know about his vision issues.

We made an appointment with America’s Best for an eye exam and to purchase two basic pairs of glasses for the classroom (along with contact lenses). Everything went well, but my son told us he really wanted a pair of prescription Oakley glasses for his last few games of high school baseball (he’s a senior and graduates in less than a month).

I asked him to do a bit of research (while I did the same), and he suggested SportRX. The prices seemed competitive with other sites, and SportRX offered a style of Oakley frames that other retailers didn’t offer (and that my son really liked). So we ordered his glasses.

Now the reason for the review: As the days passed, and I found out his contact lenses were delayed (not to mention the fact that he realized how much of a difference his regular glasses made for him during outfield practice), I contacted the SportRX Customer Support team (and the hero of this story, Joyce) to see if anything could be done to speed the process of getting his sports glasses.

To say that Joyce (and everyone in the lab) went above and beyond is a MASSIVE understatement! Joyce called the lab on a daily basis to get updates and then called me soon after each day with an update on the progress of my son’s glasses. Joyce worked tirelessly to see that my son had his glasses a week earlier than had been expected and even had them delivered on a Saturday!

We are indebted to Joyce and everyone at SportRX for their tireless effort on our order…and for caring in a way that I can only describe as AMAZING!

Danny Delgadillo was the employee assisting me getting my glasses, was a pleasure a lot of people can just go about there day and do the bare minimum, but he was very nice and courteous and helped me and being a veteran that means a lot to me and is greatly appreciated.

To start, until my recent experience with sportrx I've had nothing but issues trying to get sunglasses in my (high) rx prescription. The first pair of frames I ordered. Maddie kindly reached out to let me know that unfortunately, the frames I chose cannot be used with my high prescription. I was disappointed to hear, but Maddie turned my frown upside down very fast with her extremely pleasent attitude. She was so kind and courteous and the first to "EVER" offer and look through some frames that would actually be usable with my prescription, and send a list to me via email. That made my day... I was so excited to look through what she would be sending and sure enough there was a pair of oakleys she included that had me sold right away. I'm very excited to finally get sunglasses for myself after so long of searching and being told no dice endlessly due to my high rx. But you guys have givin to me nothing less than a wonderful experience, and I really look forward to continue doing business with sportrx. Maddie.. thank you again for everything.. stay awesome!!! The customer service by Noah was exceptional! He addressed my issue with zero hesitation and provided a return label so I can get my sunglasses fixed with no questions. Super convenient, fast and easy. Seriously, the best customer service I've ever had! Great job.
