Sportsbet.io Refuses to Pay My $81,000 Winnings – Stay Away from This Site!

I deposited $20,000 of my own money into Sportsbet.io and played Crazy Time by Evolution, Money Time by Pragmatic Play, and Sportsbet Originals Blackjack.

After losing most of my balance, I hit a 200x multiplier on Pachinko in Crazy Time with my remaining funds, turning my balance into approximately $81,000. I had wagered around $400 on that round.

I then requested a withdrawal, and Sportsbet.io is now refusing to pay me my winnings. They keep delaying my withdrawal without providing a clear, legitimate reason, offering nothing but excuses and leaving me waiting for money that I rightfully won.

I deposited $20,000 of my own money, played their games, won fairly, and now they refuse to pay me.

This is absolutely unacceptable. A gambling platform that happily accepts your deposits but refuses to pay out when you win deserves to be exposed.

I will not stay silent about this experience. If Sportsbet.io can accept $20,000 from a customer but cannot honor a legitimate $81,000 withdrawal, why should anyone trust them with their money?

Be warned. You will deposit money without any issues, however when it comes to withdrawing the funds is where the nightmare begins. I deposited around $450USD and after a few hours of gambling got my balance to 10,000USD. Then I attempted to withdraw my balance and it went on to pending for 48 hours. I patiently waited for a response, none came. I logged on again the next day to see a message on my SportsBet.io account saying my withdrawal had been declined and to complete KYC for “seamless withdrawals”. I completed the KYC verification and got an email back shortly saying my account had been associated with another account on self exclusion and my account alongside any additional associated accounts. That was 5 days ago, I’ve not had an email back since then. I’ve sent an email everyday to the safety team asking when I will receive my balance and have had 0 communication back. THIS IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF A SCAM CRYPTO CASINO. DO NOT RISK LOSING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WHEN THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE THAT EVEN IF YOU WIN, YOU’LL LIKELY NEVER RECEIVE YOUR WINNINGS NOR A RESPONSE. I must say I’m gobsmacked to have not even received a response from any support team, considering the large amount of money.

I have been a year prob est member, i have never won or could made a withdrawal on this site because they are always eating your balance, even after a small win they drain you.

I deposited $39 and received a $39 promotional bonus. After betting, my balance increased to approximately $620.

When I requested a withdrawal, Sportsbet.io required me to complete KYC. I completed the verification, but afterwards they confiscated my promotional winnings and informed me that my account would be permanently closed.

They cited Rule 20.1, which contains many different possible violations, but they did not tell me which specific subsection I violated or what specific bet or activity caused the alleged violation.

I asked for a clear explanation and evidence, but I was only given the general Rule 20.1 and told that their decision was final and that they would not communicate further about the matter.

I believe that if a sportsbook confiscates a player's winnings, it should clearly explain the specific rule that was violated and the reason for the confiscation.

I have submitted this case for independent review and have kept the emails, live chat records, deposit records, and other evidence.

I will update this review if Sportsbet.io provides a specific explanation or resolves the dispute.

First, I deposited 200 dollars, then ran it to 1.2k on sports, then tried withdraw, submitted my withdrawal then it directly declined, I contacted support about it then they told me to verify KYC. I successfully verified my ID then they told me that I abused the promo and removed all my balance. But I didn't do anything wrong.
