This site has some good things, like the crypto withdrawals and the sports side. However the blackjack has been a flat out godawful experience. Computer magically gets 21s a lot vs my 20s, blackjack high amount, and hitting on a 12 gets me a 10 and a bust twice as much as I should. They flat out need to fix their blackjacks, or get rid of it because this has happened WAY too much over the past few years. "Random Number Generators" can't explain this over and over.

live poker is Rigged, if you start winning they will add or drop players so you dont get a winning hand or side bets. and even at their Platinum vip level they dont treat you like any vip and the benefits at that level suck and get cut off if you go even a little while without depositing

Very disappointed with SportsBetting after 1.5+ years as a poker player
I played poker on SportsBetting for more than a year and a half. During that time, I paid more than $3,000 in poker rake to the site.
Despite being a long-term poker player and customer, I had only one request: I wanted SportsBetting to permanently block my access to the casino while allowing me to continue playing poker.
The reason was simple: I was tilting when playing casino games, so I wanted to completely remove the casino from my account and continue playing poker only. I believe this is a completely reasonable request and something that responsible gambling policies should support.
Instead of permanently blocking my casino access, SportsBetting blocked my entire account, meaning I could no longer play poker either.
What made the situation even more disappointing was my communication with customer support. I contacted them through live chat and clearly explained that I did NOT want to close my poker account — I only wanted permanent access to the casino blocked. Instead of offering a solution, the chat was simply ended.
On other gambling/poker sites, there is an option to permanently self-exclude from specific products, such as casino, while keeping access to poker. This is exactly what I was asking for.
I don't know whether SportsBetting technically has the ability to do this and chose not to, or whether this is simply not an option they provide. But either way, the customer experience was extremely disappointing.
After playing on the site for more than 1.5 years and paying over $3,000 in rake, I expected a simple request to permanently restrict casino access to be taken seriously. Instead, I lost access to poker altogether.
I strongly believe SportsBetting should offer permanent casino exclusion separately from poker. If a player recognizes that casino games cause them to tilt and asks for permanent casino access to be removed, the responsible solution should be to restrict the casino — not to remove the player's access to poker as well.
This experience has seriously changed my opinion of SportsBetting.

This has to be the worst customer service ever, I have been a loyal player on this site but they don't give a damn just like other online sites. The only good thing is they do issue payouts right away but the site is a scam there have been numerous times the live lines have been altered to the sites advantage and not updated correctly I have sent the proof on many games. They don't care I am a supposed VIP player and I have an assigned host so for every little thing I have to go through the host. This site and betonline ag are the same garbage ass sites!!! Customer service and supervisors don't give a shit about players/customers.

1st deposit lost the whole 50 in 10 minutes. Usally lots are loose on 1st deposit so if they are that tight now i hate to see in future will not deposit again.

Also dont bother with slot freerolls. Impossible to ever win anything.....Yet if you look at leaderboards same players win them everytime. Luck huh

I had a annoying and frustrating experience with this casino last football season. I withdrew a very small amount of money via cheque and after cashing it and spending the money it came back NSF months later. I didn't even know that could happen so long after. I then had to contact the sportsbook, inconvenience myself with all the parperwork and proof of the NSF all meanwhile the bank charged me for the extra fee's involved. The whole process took nearly a half a year to get resolved. In a day and age where speed and convenience is expected, these sportsbooks take your money in seconds and yet when we want to withdraw the funds you have no clue how long it will take, or even if you will get your money. In the end even though it was resolved I would not dare give this book another chance as the risk is simply to high so I cannot recommend it to anyone else also. There are far better options out there.

I had 450.00 in my account after the Belmont stakes, and went in to withdraw, and yesterday someone hacked the account, wagered 400.00 and won, then pulled all the money out. I asked them to reinstate my funds, as it is obvious their website is insecure. They refused, so I am out my 450.00, and nothing I can do about it. Crooked website, beware.

I disagree with the name

I’m not really into betting, but I signed up for this site after seeing posts on X claiming it offered better odds plus, I don't like FanDuel or DraftKings. At first, I was skeptical about putting money into an offshore site, but I decided to give it a shot. I created an account and made a small deposit to test the site and place a couple of bets. The day before the MLB All-Star Game, I deposited a significant amount, only to find to my surprise that the balance was gone in a soccer game, there was another live bet, but they dont care. I called customer service and was transferred to the finance team; they made me change my password and enable email security and I eventually got my funds back. Later, my account was closed again. I called back, went through the same password change routine, and surprise!!!!! they closed it again!!! Now what?. I don't know if this company invests in security, but ur money will be gone. You deposit one day, and then your money gets used up and you end up losing it cause they dont really invest in security. Don't put your money here; this site is crooked. Im wondering if this has happened before, if I knew I would not deposit that big.

Also, communication is poor, they dont tell you anything by email, they just want you to call call, and every call is a way around.

It is actually comical how rigged they are…You better not slow play If you catch your trips on the turn or if you flop a straight, because It’s practically a guarantee that somebody will catch there boat on the turn and/or river EVERY SINGLE time… I’m not even trying to make a complaint by writing this review and I am speaking genuinely when I say that it is funny to see how ridiculous the hands are when you are in the action…They claim to use a random number generator, but as somebody who has logged in 20+ years and thousands of hours of texas playing texas Holdem in real life/ physical card rooms, I can say with absolute certainty and beyond any reasonable doubt that these hands are anything but random..
