Shipping cost and duty
The package and its contents were fine. My problem was with the shipping cost. The product is £120, the delivery to Europe was £40. Then they charged customs and asked for the postage at home, which was an additional £60. This order was not worth it.
But the product arrived undamaged and flawless. If I lived in the UK, it would be worth ordering from here.

Hi Alfred,
Thank you for leaving us a review, it’s good to see you were happy with our packing and products. Unfortunately, we have no control over the custom charges each country have in place. We clearly state on our website that ‘(our delivery) cost is for shipping only, any additional customs or local taxes are not included and are the receiving customers responsibility’.

Really customer friendly
Prompt delivery , quality product
Staff available to help with info for new collector. What would be useful is an example of what each card set looks like - prism / prestige / absolute etc as this would influence my future choices going forward .

Hi Geoff,
Thank you for your review. It’s great to hear you rate our service so highly and were happy with our staffs product knowledge. Thank you for the suggestion, we have already begun to load examples of individual cards to our product information on our website and will continue to build on this as we know it is helpful to get a look at the style and design of products before purchasing.

Great for AEW cards in the UK
It’s great to have somewhere to buy these AEW cards in the UK. The box was packed very well and arrived in perfect condition. Always sent out very fast. If only I could have more luck with my pulls and get a rare card of one of my favourites!

Hi Jhovany,
Thank you for your review. As previously discussed in our email, the delivery company unfortunately lost your parcel over the festive period and that particular product you had purchased was out of stock. We were therefore unable to send you a replacement and refunded you. Once again, we are sorry that the delivery company lost your parcel and you were not happy with the refund.

Lost order replacement
I placed an order for 3 boxes of baseball cards on Black Friday. The Royal Mail managed to lose them at the Edinburgh sorting office. After contacting Sports Trading Cards, I received a replacement with 3 days. Their response was excellent.
