Impeccable customer service
I cannot praise Sports Trading Cards UK customer service enough. I recently bought a 2025 Upper Deck AEW Metal Universe Blaster Box and when opening a pack pulled a significantly damaged card. I emailed them to let them know and ask how to contact the manufacturer (Upper Deck). Not only did they provide me with the information I needed (as well as my purchase invoice) but also sent me a replacement box! I was not even remotely expecting anything as the faulty card wasn’t their fault but I was absolutely thrilled. I highly recommend Sports Trading Cards UK for all your sports card related needs. Thank you so much!
