Order was apparently shipped to wrong address and returned no tracking info sent until it was returned. China operated email contact only appears to be computer generated. This company is not trustworthy.

I ordered a pair of Baltimore Ravens shoes. The Ravens' color is purple but the shoes are blue.

I ordered a black bag and got a green bag. I ordered a silver ring and got a black ring. You need to read the order correctly and supply what is ordered.

The John Deere shorts I ordered looked totally awesome. But sizes run a little small. I usually wear size XL, but the shorts would fit way more comfortably if I would’ve ordered 2X. Disappointed because they were $35 each so $70 plus the tax and shipping. Plus they came from China which took a little under a month for them to make them and get them to me in Texas. As far as looks go, they look bad ass. Just wish the size was 1 bigger. Tried them on one time 2 weeks ago but haven’t worn them since. Not sure if I can return them now

I received the wrong item and was told they would work hard to correct the error. I have never heard from them again and it has been 3 weeks since I had my last email from them regarding this issue

I have way too many emails back and forth to go into detail but to sum this shopping experience, it was HORRIBLE. They ruined my 13 yr old nephews bday surprise… this was almost the worst experience I’ve had yet in my 35 years of being a consumer. They first sent the wrong item in a bag that had no name or address, no packing slip inside, NOTHING. Then couldn’t find my order number, address, name, all this information they lost.. so they Sent it to my nephew in SC when I live in CT and it was his bday so without any information we didn’t know who sent this particular item because it was the wrong one but the actual item I got him never came. I ordered on Oct. 07 and they still aren’t here and today is Nov. 4th. They couldn’t “find” my order at first then they said they didn’t know where it went, it just went on and on until I figured out that THEY sent the wrong item and didn’t really care because they were paid by this point. After having to send them pictures plus I did all the work, not a single person even tried to help me, they did nothing. They got paid so they do not care but if I knew then what I know now I would have never used them, there’s no way I will ever EVER buy from this rip off CRAP company again. If I could give zero stars… no, even that would be generous. This is not the last time they will hear from me. And this is also a great example why you should only use PayPal when buying online, they companies are very good at tricking the consumers so just be aware.

The football I ordered for my grandson was very nice when he finally received it. I ordered it on September 3 and he received it on October 10. I don't remember any info that said it would take that long.

My first order was lost and I didn't hear anything. Upon reaching out I was sent a replacement and followed up with tracking and I really appreciated the customer service.

The kids ordered their grandpa a short set. He only received the shirt

Product was great, sizing was a big for true to size for crocks. Been waiting(2 weeks) for response to return request for correct fit.

I honestly would not even give this company 1 star, however that was not an option. On 9/12/24 my best friend bought me a San Francisco 49ers NFL Women's 2PCS Bikini Swimsuit Criss Cross Cutout Bathing Suit for my birthday. I was so happy I finally found a pretty one. I received confirmation stating the steps and was so excited. Then on 9/14/24 I received an email stating it was in production ( now I am getting excited). On 9/20/24 at 9:19 p.m. I received another emailing stating my order has completed production and is undergoing a detailed 1–2-day quality check to ensure your items are perfect. then at 9:38 p.m. same day I received another email stating We are writing to confirm that your request to cancel your order 518594 has been successfully processed, as the product you ordered is out of stock. So of course, I reply with confusion, they replied with the exact first email inconvenience this may have caused. I truly believe it is an auto reply. On 9/22/24 at 9:21 p.m. I got another updated confusing right. it stated. "Great news! Your items have passed our quality checks and are being prepared for shipping. They'll soon be on their way to you. We'll send a tracking number once shipped, so you can follow their journey. Thanks for your patience and choosing us" . So 9/24/24 at 8:41 p.m. I received another email "We are writing to confirm that your request to cancel your order 518594 has been successfully processed, as the product you ordered is out of stock". On 9/25/24 I received an email saying there is still time" mind you with my original swimsuit like the heck, you just said it was out of stock. Honestly at this point on 9/25/24 I sent my last emailing stating stop emailing me with auto reply and I was going to make a review of their poor customer service.

The company refused my return although I was within the 30 day return window. Their website said that an "Eligible Condition for a Return" was if the "size or material was not as expected" and also if "the product description didn't match the item received." I ordered a hoodie and it had a glossy finish which was a material I didn't like or expect. The company denied my return. I sent them several emails but they stated that they could only accept returns if the item was defective!!! This was a $53 sweatshirt and a waste of money and time trying to deal with them to get a return authorization. Don't order from them!!!

I ordered my shirt on July 22, 2024 to wear in the summer. It is September 6 and I still have not received it.
