Deal with claims fairly quickly though…
Deal with claims fairly quickly though you have to set the claims up yourself rather than the vet doing this. If you use different vets, then you need to create multiple claims. There are many exceptions and if you need to find the cause of an illness, then the cover is severely limited.

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate your feedback.
Unfortunately, once a Direct Debit has been cancelled at the bank, we’re unable to reinstate it.
However, as soon as we’re notified of a cancelled Direct Debit, we email our customers straight away asking them to update their bank details to prevent the policy from being cancelled. We provide a 3–5 day window to allow time for this before the policy automatically cancels.

Efficiency....
I was very impressed with the service from Spot On. My Direct Debit was cancelled for an unknown reason, and they informed me immediately. Their quick communication prevented my dog insurance from being cancelled, which saved me from an immense amount of stress. I am very grateful for their efficiency.

Very happy with my experience
My experience with Spot On has been very satisfactory. I had reason to make a claim following my dog being diagnosed with a heart murmur. The claims process is transparent and very easy to follow. I was able to log on at any time to check progress of my claim. Claims were settled within advised timescales. The cost of insurance was very reasonable compared to other pet insurance. I would recommend this company to friends and family. I would also like to thank you for the kind words I received from Spot On following the passing of my little dog.

We send renewal information up to 40 days before the renewal date specifically to give you plenty of time to review your documents and make a decision. On this occasion, we did issue the renewal emails in line with our usual process, however we became aware of a delay on Microsoft’s outlook/hotmail email servers at the time, which affected the delivery of some outgoing emails and these emails were slighty delayed. Wasn't a great experience as it follows the death of our beloved dog Milo, I know it's a hard job to do, but I felt upset that you had his breed from the policy yet after he died asked 'what breed he was' and for' a photo of him....' which was really upsetting when I was greiving, but on the phone the person I spoke to was respectful and I appreciated that. The policy paid out to the vet hospital just under 2 months after, I have never used this process before so I cannot comment on speed, but I have used them again for my 3 dogs

Service and Value for Money - Spot On!
I have made three claims since joining Spot On and can honestly say it was such an easy process. I gave details about my pets accident, uploaded the vets invoice and submitted it. A few days later the money for my claim was in my account - it could not be easier.
I would highly recommend them for service and value for money. My last company quoted a ridiculous monthly amount as one of my pets is over 10years old (never claimed for her) which prompted me to do some research and I am so glad I did
