Avoid like the plague!
Seriously, if you are even considering playing this competition then do not bother, it's a seriously dodgy setup. Firstly they have built it around the very successful BOTB model, same idea, lots of amazing cars, you a play spot the ball competition, the alleged judging is done by an "expert panel of judges" Harry Redknapp, Emile Heskey and David Seaman no less!! Yet after their very first competition ended, a full month after it was supposed to have, they've just stuck a results page up with a ridiculous "judged" spot, no transparency of the alleged "judging" no winner and now blatantly changed their their terms and conditions on the website to state:
6.Determination of the winner
6.1 The promoter reserves the right to replace judges.
6.2 The judges’ decision shall be final.
6.3 Within 5 working days of that determination, the promotor will then identify IF any of the entries match with the judges’ choice of position.
Which is entirely different to the screenshot of their terms I have just a few weeks ago, which used to state:
6.3 Within 5 working days of that determination, the computer will then identify which of the eligible entries MOST CLOSELY corresponds with the judges’ choice of position.
So ultimately they don't need to use the three famous and "expert" judges they have made a huge point of plastering on their website at all, they could have blind Betty from down the road do it in a pin the tail on the donkey style setup, which takes any element of skill away entirely. Of course nobody will have played exactly where they've "judged" the position to be, look at the picture, look at the keeper and look at the "expertly judged winning co-ordinate" on their "results" page.
The key thing here is they've changed the terms in the middle of a running competition so now you MUST get the exact winning pixel, bang on or nobody wins, not the closest person to the chosen spot like BOTB, that EXACT pixel!
It's about as transparent as a castle wall and the chances of anyone this absolute joke of a competition, ever, is... well.... you can work that out for yourself.
I've asked to talk to the directors of the company directly, of course all they did was block me from commenting on their Facebook page and sending messages directly, they also actively delete any negative or questioning comments anyone posts on the page.
Yeah, in summary, I feel like a fool for wasting my money (a fair chunk too), don't be a fool like me, be smart and stick with BOTB (which, incidentally I did win in September 2017!)
I hope this helps people who were unsure if they should play or not.
