I've had to many experiences with mishaps involving certain games just happened to shut down when I've been playing for a while and due to hit SOMETHING AND I really liked the site and try to believe it's just an error but I'm really looking into it before I hand in my final judgment. Wonderful service but sometimes games lag
Customer service and promo department have been wonderful. The games though occasionally freeze up and then you have to back out of them and at times it happens in a bonus but it picks right back up in it. The selecting of games is large which is great, keep it up and maybe look into to freezing up things. I play in several platforms and that doesn't happen to them so I now it's not on my side. I continue playing on your site regularly though. 🙂

Yea my reward for the mission promotion didn’t populate I only got to claim the free 1 sc and I sent a tech ticket in only to be told the reward has to be claimed with in a time frame but tech never fixed it for me within the time frame so it expired and they won’t make it right which is crap cuz I was actively trying to claim it before it expired and was unable to and by the time tech support got to me ticket it was expired and I’m told there’s nothing they can do !!! Such BS

Zero Loyalty Rewards: Heavy Spender Loses Thousands in Canceled Redemptions with Zero Comp or Rakeback
I recently canceled a redemption of over 5,000 SC (Sweepstakes Coins), only to lose the balance entirely with not a single SC offered in compensation or rakeback. Earlier this month, I had the exact same experience after canceling a 4,000 SC redemption again, a total loss with zero support or goodwill from the platform.
Despite making a substantial volume of purchases and processing zero withdrawals, they offer absolutely nothing to reward loyalty or retain players who invest heavily in their site.
