Awards for promos that have already ended.
They do a promo for lattes and I completed all the steps and received them however the day I received them the promo actually ended the day before. When I wrote customer service to let them know I was just awarded lattes from their rocket ship promo they told me that the latte promo ended the day before and could not explain how I could win them the day after the promo. They did not offer anything not even free spins. This will be the last time I use this casino.

The customer service team & AI Alfred was very patient with me on one of my many redemption from Spree. I've always had a fast pay out except one time and it wash not just me it was a glitch, however, the team & Alfred kept me posted followed through with what they told me they was going to do I recommend Spree 💯 plus I enjoy the different choices and games, unlike most platforms they are very fast in responding and following through.
