Great customer service after there was an issue with the shipper. Issue resolved quickly.

I've placed a few orders now and have been really pleased. I don't drive, so I can't get to a garden centre unless someone takes me. Sproutl seems to collate the best of lots of garden centres, so the choice is really good. I've bought some beautiful garden pots. One that I received which looked a different colour to the picture has been collected and refunded with no problem. My only very slight "complaint" is that the shipping costs can be high, you have to juggle your basket around and ideally get everything from one garden centre to stop the delivery cost from being ridiculous. But then, the items I am ordering are heavy so I expect to pay a little more than usual for delivery.

Great quality plants for a very reasonable price

there were a few issues with my order, which i think were teething troubles for the company. the reason i've given them five stars anyway is because the customer support i received was so good - i needed to be in contact with them quite a lot but i was in direct contact with the same person, who responded really quickly, followed up, and went out of his way to help.

Recently ordered two rose bushes for friends who have lost their respective mothers. The roses arrived very well protected and in good health. I had not heard of the company before and was a bit nervous about my order. I am thrilled with the products, pricing and delivery. I would highly recommend them to others.

I first ordered from Sproutl a bunch of house plants including a bonsai tree loved the experience the plants are still alive and well. And my place looks amazing.
To top this of on a later purchase I went for the herbal garden, The fresh mint makes my tea so much better!
Plus its very convenient to have herbs for when I am cooking. Again they arrived in great shape and ready for harvest!!

I could not find a large pot saucer I wanted locally but found it on Sproutl for a really good price. I spoke to Anna on the chat who was really helpful and confirmed the the saucer was the size I wanted. Within a few days of ordering, the saucer arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely use Sproutl again!

Quick delivery of a really healthy plant and the packaging was really good.

I was amazed at the care taken in protecting my new little tree I had purchased from Sproutl. A new company with good old fashioned customer care values. Ordered a housewarming gift for my friends.

I ordered 3 herb plants and 3 herb pots. These were delivered at my friends house within 3 days. Arrived in brilliant condition and very healthy. Would 100% recommend and will be using them again in the future.

This company does not deserve to do business. No phone number and all emails not responded to. No delivery at all and managed to get the sub-contracted provider to order them to phone me to provide a refund, which will reportedly take 10 days. Avoid this company like the plague.

Excellent service and quality products! Initially I had placed an order for 2 large ceramic pots from another online company. However, after not hearing back, I started to chase up my order only then to be told the items were not in stock. No alternatives were given to me until I prompted the question and then was given 2 very poor substitutes. I eventually cancelled and started a new search.

I then came across the same items on Sproutl’s website but for a large size and to my surprise at a lower cost. I put in my order on a Saturday and had very good communication from Sproutl after the Bank holiday and the items arrived within the expected 3-5 day delivery period. All through the process Sproutl kept me informed promptly and the items exceeded my expectations.

Buying online can be a very anonymous and impersonal experience but it has been a very pleasant experience doing this with Sproutl and with the quality of their products I will definitely be looking to buy from them again!
