Received my magnolia this morning. Beautifully packaged as always from Sproutl and in the correct time slot. Plant perfect, lots of buds just about to flower. I am so pleased I’m about to order another as a birthday present. I’ve given plants from Sproutl to my friends and family and they’ve been delighted with the quality.

Lovely stylish watering can arrived quickly as a present for my mother in law, she loved it! The gift section in the website was very helpful in finding this

I was sent a Swiss cheese plant and a plant pot as a gift. The plant and pot arrived separately. The plant had only 3 leaves, 2 of which were damaged. The pot arrived over a week later, and bore a price tag even though it was supposed to be a gift (I think the pot was overpriced). Customer service responded quite promptly but did not replace the plant even after they had requested (and I had sent) photos showing the damage. The whole experience was disappointing and not worthy of the love and consideration that the gift was intended to convey.

Speedy delivery, excellent packaging and good product

Ordered a houseplant and pot and they both arrived safe, sound, and nicely packaged. The plant was in very good condition and I'm very happy with my purchase. Will definitely be back :)

Super impressed with delivery speed, ordered midday on Monday and my plant was with me 10am Tuesday! Beautifully packaged and no plastic in sight. Would shop again.

Impressed with Sproutl for their variety and fast delivery. But only 4 stars because even though the pots were well-packaged which I appreciate is necessary with earthenware, it was an excessive amount! Literally one small pot wrapped in a box and then put inside another large box with copious amounts of those annoying foam pieces. Even the delivery woman was shocked at how much cardboard and packaging there was. Let alone the absolute pain of having to dispose of it all. So big thumbs up for products and service but Sproutl, you need to go easier on the packaging!

My order arrived within 24 hours, beautifully packaged with a handwritten gift card. The plant arrived looking lovely and well taken care of, the pot arrived without a scratch on it.
Looking forward to using Sproutl again the next time I need to send someone a birthday gift!

Really impressed by the selection of plants and products! My pinstripe plant and pot came very quickly and in great condition. Also really happy about the sustainable packaging.

Such a brilliant site! I bought £200 of various plants and pots for my sister's 40th birthday. They all arrived on time, well packaged, very efficiently with excellent communication. I managed to get SO MANY for the price, I was really impressed! The plants were all in a perfect condition and look fantastic. I found the site easy to navigate and products well priced. Overall couldn't recommend more - definitely the best of the sites out there and less expensive even than the garden centres!

So happy with my purchase! Super fast delivery and such healthy, happy herbs on arrival - my Mint shrubs are absolutely thriving (even in the London winter!), and I will definitely be ordering more from Sproutl to grow my herb collection and garden!
