The spouts on Alma School is ok but the one star go s to the lady who is on the nutrition section acts bothered with question if you ask an additional question she get antagonistic in har tone I think I will look online for

Went to store on talbert and magnolia in fountain valley to buy some fruit I was looking for couldn’t find and thats when i in counter Angel in produce department he was amazing and very helpful to find what I was looking for… I am glad I chose sprouts I will be returning…. Thank u

I’m not sure about all sprouts locations but this is for the one located in homestead fl. It is the worst store. Prices are way too high and service and selection are horrible. The staff there is very low class and speak very rudely to you like you are bothering them. They are not there to help. Just collect a pay check for the least amount of work possible. The store is also not clean and organized.

I shop weekly at Sprouts Store 854 in Northeast Philadelphia. The employees - all of them - are fabulous. Recently, Joseph, who is in charge of produce and very knowledgeable as well as committed to high quality, explained what he does to ensure that the freshest veggies are available and why sometimes, if I don’t find something, there is a good reason why it is not on the shelf. Today, another employee, Minty, helped me twice. She answered questions about a product I was buying and then asked “no water today?” I almost left the store, forgetting to buy my usual case of Mountain Valley Spring Water. It is so nice that employees get to know you and remember you. I bought the water, grateful that she mentioned it, and then she took it out to the car for me. Both the men and the women (strong ladies and willing to serve always) are so helpful to assist me when I can’t lift something heavy.

My experience with Sprouts farmer market is favorable. However over the past few months I have come across product content miss marked. The first was a packaged beef item, when I turned it over to read the ingredients it was marked salmon. The second was today. A box of cookies was marked chocolate chip, the cookies in the box were oatmeal, cranberry, walnut which could have resulted in a terrible allergic reaction, so I bought them to get them off the shelf. The first incident I brought to the manager attention and he seemed unconcerned. That's why I just purchased the cookies to get them off the shef.

I went to the store in Laffyette Colorado.
Dr started me on a new diet. It was so confusing to try to figure out which products were gluten free and how to learn how to re learn how to cook a different way. I happened to run into the general manager who asked if he could help me. I told him about my problem.
He immediately showed me some products and asked one of his staff to continue to help.
So nice for them to give me some one on one individual attention with pleasant attitudes

Was accosted when I brought my service dog into the market on Milpas in Santa Barbara with employee asking to see paperwork and asking what disability I had. Not legal. At self checkout, where I’m doing the work, don’t even provide bags. Offer to feed hungry children if I’d like to donate and they take the write off. Stingy people.

I was at the Visalia store and a guy named Adam was checking. He wasn’t paying attention and started charging me for the customers items behind me. He tried to subtract them when they told him if his mistake and he had already packed their items in my bag. I had already told him NOT to pack the bags and to
Put everything in the basket.
He then said I owed $34.00 in cash, because I had used my food card.
I went to my car and decided to go back in to have this all explained to me.
He didn’t take much interest in his mistake, when I came back in,
A nice lady named Christine, who helps me all the time, closed her register, went down my receipt and broke down the charges.
Adam had changed me for the other customers beer!
She kindly refunded me. So I had paid for their beer and they got it free.
Adam did not seem concerned or even asked about my problem or apologized.
I really don’t think he should be on the register.
He wasn’t effective or concerned. I will always use the self check out now, so I won’t be subjected to the lazy attitude of their disinterested checkers.
Christine was the best and showed much professionalism.

I buy from Sprouts a lot. Things have gotten worse over the last year. I bought two salads via Instacart two days ago in the evening. I then went to each one of them and the top was fine but the lettuce underneath is all brownish. I ate the top and threw it away.

I buy something like cucumbers and even though they are stored in the refrigerator, in two days they are already growing mold. There many issues with their fresh products, not so fresh anymore.

Sprouts advertises it as a "Farmer's Market", yet where are the farmers selling their products? There are none. This is false advertising.

BEWARE!! Worst customer service and does not resolve charge discrepancies. Sale items and 30% off total bill that was advertised via email. Email had incorrect days and said sale is 7/17 - 7/18; however, didn't know this and shopped in store on 7/17. Manager would not honor the 30% because it was not coming up when the items were scanned. Looking at my email later on in the day a correction was sent for 7/18-7/19. Ordered online on 7/19 - 30% off total bill was still in effect. Picked up order and noticed the receipt from Instacart was $66.32. Asked to have a paper from the store which showed balance of $42.26. Credit Card charged 66.32. Called instacart which did not see the 30% discount - could do nothing. Called store and spoke to the manager and they told me to call instacart since they couldn't do anything. When I told the store mgr that I called them first and should not be resolving this issue, that Sprouts should because they employ Instacart to do pickup orders, I was hung up on. Called Corporate HQ - no one would talk to me about this issue - wanted me to fill out a form online. I am out $18.11. Will never shop at a Sprouts again!!

I have had NO problem with the products or any delivery person. The products I have received have been good quality and all the drivers who have delivered my items were great, friendly, considerate people. However, customer service is another story. Every time I try to use a special discount from an email I get from Sprouts which states, "no code needed, 30% discount will be automatically applied at the end of your order process", I never get the discount. Then when I try Customer service, I get A/I who loops around constantly not being able to help and then tonight I got a specialist to chat, Henry, he ended the chat before I was able to furnish him the screen shot he asked for. Repeated attempts to get back to anyone was fruitless so I guess I'll never get to use any codes or automatically discounted offers because they never work. And, I never have any recourse, no one can help when I try to chat, I get A/I and they keep giving me pages and pages of step by step "Junk" I could try to get it done. WOW, what I way to get the customer frustrated and want to give then you don't have to give any discounts. So I will think carefully whether I order from them again.

I love this store, but they got rid of. They only good yogurt they had in stock disappointed.

I used to shop at your stores over pretty much every other store because you had the best prices - especially on produce. Ever since COVID you seemed to have jumped over every other store with your prices. You are now about the most expensive store to visit, and I don't like shopping there anymore.

I purchased a Turkey & Munster Wrap (pre made because there was NO one behind the deli counter to make one for me) Purchased yesterday 6/20/26. Marked Sell by 06.24.26. I opened up to put mustard on it....
1/2 piece of Munster Cheese....One Small Slice of Turkey...Lettuce had brown/black edges hidden inside the the hard stale wrap.... Price I paid was $6.49..They should be ashamed to sell something like this much less for the price... I opened it up within 10 minutes of purchasing....I will not be back and I will spread the word of my experience. What a shame...

The prices are ridiculous. $6 for a small melon I normally buy for $3. Broccoli was bad. I didn't buy much. When I see high prices, I usually walk out.

I bought some fruits from here, peaches & nectarines. And they were not cheap. After a few days I tasted them. They were horrible. I threw them out. I will never go to this store ever again.

Bel air MD store. Trash in grocery carts and on floor when you enter. Organic produce is soaking wet. Thru are slowly becoming a Walmart replacing named brand items with their own and raising prices n other named brand items. Tried to complain to mgr. tried to leave a complaint on their website. I spent lots of money a week there. Will be going there no longer.

Sprouts Farmers Market is always a great place to shop. The store is clean, organized, and has a fresh selection of produce, healthy snacks, meats, vitamins, and specialty items. I really appreciate the variety of organic and natural products, and the quality is always consistent. The staff is friendly, helpful, and makes the shopping experience easy. Sprouts is one of my favorite places to find fresh food and great options for a healthier lifestyle. Highly recommend!

Sprouts offers organic products in plastic - an oxymoron. I realize some products are difficult to package otherwise, but most products could be packaged in biodegradable packaging. Also, why have plastic bags at check out?? Customers of ALDI find a way to shop without the store providing bags!
I shopped at Sprouts last week. Won’t be going back.
