The scent is nice although it doesn't seem to travel very far. The three reeds are a little mean, I expected at least five.

The lady was nice and friendly but it would have been a really good experience had she actually said "thank you' after I paid money instead of 'okay'. It put me off going back again for a second time. Manners matter.

Spry has always paid me promptly and when mu umbrella company changed to Spry they made the transition period easy for me when I explained I was having problems downloading the forms and did not have much time kindly arranged a quick phone call to get me registered quickly.

I've had a very positive experience with 'Spry Pay' umbrella services. Their compliance and payroll team is consistently quick to respond to queries, which made onboarding and ongoing communication straightforward and stress-free.

They're also flexible and understanding. Their rates are reasonable and transparent, with no hidden deductions or unexpected surprises.

Above all, the support has been genuinely helpful throughout my time with them. Whether it was explaining payslips, dealing with paperwork, or just answering general questions, they’ve always taken the time to assist.

Would definitely recommend to any contractor working inside IR35 who’s looking for a reliable and contractor-friendly umbrella.

I am using this Umbrella company for more than a year for current Inside IR35 contract. I have used them in past too.
My experience with them has been fantastic:
Initial setup, co-ordinating with client, setting up the private pension, processing the payment, response to the queries.

I cant recall a single instance where there has been any sort of delay from Sprypay side. As soon as client does the payment, I have got paid on the same day.

Harathi and rest of the staff has been very responsive and patient is resolving all the queries and sending necessary documentation whenever needed. I hope they continue to do the same.

I was with them for more than 3 years and I had a very good experience. They were prompt in responding and also addressing issues. I will highly recommend them and the payments are also prompt.

Not that bad though, they are okay, but not as efficient as i expected,i am sure there are rooms for improvement. Staff are quite nice and polite, just services need a little bit of improvement.

I am happy with the service and assistance I got from the company. I wanted a good payroll service that is seamless that help to deal with IR35, and the option recommended suites my purpose. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.
Also, the ceaseless support from the team, particularly, Harathi helped to achieve all my payroll services.

I have only excellent words of praise for DNS Umbrella. This was my first experience using an umbrella company, and I did some initial research to choose one.
After speaking to one of the executives Damian Neil, I became convinced that the company was very reliable.
The service I received after enrolling was simply excellent.
Vivek managed my account and provided me with excellent advice at ANY time with very short response time.
Shefali helped admini9strate my account, and the same applies to her.

In short, they demonstrated exemplary knowledge and dedication in their work.

Steer clear of this company if you want support and backup to any issues - they have a number but you can never reach anybody - it always tells you to call back later. They do not respond to e-mails or contact you if there are issues. The company is proficient at raising invoices and getting you paid but god forbid if you have any issues as service drops to zero- a really disappointing experience and not having an account executive to speak to is an issue

They appear completely incompetent with zero communication!
Just fyi…they expect you to complete two expenses forms and supply fuel receipts..the fact that the trust your contracted too and the agency have approved them is clearly not good enough!
Following a week of false promises to be paid I went else where having requested for funds to be returned to my agency.
Not worth the head ache, I work to damn hard to have this incompetence.

My experience with DNS Umbrella was horrible, the people who is dealing with my payroll just answer the email when she feels too. They don’t care about costumer service. I left various emails and I left phone-call messages they didn’t replay nothing from 8th July to 12th July 2022.
12th July I had to envolve other person for them to replay and they still didn’t solve what I asked for, it is passed one week. I am your costumer who pays every week fees and there is lack of communication it is unacceptable.

This is my first contract after over 20 years in permanent roles. I was feeling uncertain as I had little knowledge of Umbrella companies.
DNS came highly recommended when I enquired, I was told the managing director believed in personalised service for everyone, so I consulted them as a novice, far from well versed un the subject.

It has been proven an excellent recommendation. The customer service and the guidance have over-met my expectations.

Damien has been my point of contact, and I could simply not ask for more. He is greatly intelligent, courteous, knowledgeable, and caring, and I trust him to come up with the best way to optimise my earnings and peace of mind.

Annie has been keeping in proactive contact to make sure all is in place, which is really amazing.

I am simply super impressed by the company and the attitude, and convinced I have made the right choice.

I have been with DNS for about a year and found their services quite good. I am a person who constantly sends out emails for the slightest of doubts which could involve taxation, pension, billing, HMRC, etc. All my questions were answered promptly. Am sure you will be in safe hands @DNS and your salary paid promptly as per your agreed date.
