This morning's interaction was delightful and supportive, demonstrating exceptional service with kindness and patience.

At first, things seemed a bit dire with a £15 shipping fee on a £20 order to Northern Ireland, a consequence of Brexit. But Debra and her team noticed the problem and reached out to help. In the end, the order went through, and I'm incredibly grateful for their attentive and thoughtful service.
