Goods were delivered to the wrong address due to an error from DHL who dropped the parcel to a company with a similar sounding name several miles away from the delivery address printed on the package. (DHL failed to authenticate the address and post code printed on the package). When I called SP services about 10 days later, they offered to supply replacement goods to my home address to prevent any repetition of the problem. I fully complement SP Services for their understanding of the problem and superb action to rectify a problem caused by DHL. In my opinion, SP Services, totally faultless in this incident went above and beyond their obligation to me as a customer, to ensure I received the goods that I had initially ordered. A fantastic response from a super company.

Ease of use for a purchase by telephone and without an account.

Upon realising that we had not received the original order, had an online chat, and then further email conversations with Sithra, who was so helpful. She has arranged for the goods to be resent and has kept me up to date with tracking details. Excellent service from Sithra.

I had ordered a red bag that was currently out of stock. Candi called me within a few minutes of my order being place to offer me an alternative colour. She explained the range of colours available, her product knowledge was excellent alongside her excellent customer support. She was definitely customer focused, professional and went the extra mile to help. Thank you.

I have used SP Services for many years. A few years ago I had a fall and broke my leg outside there building, all the staff came out and looked after me. I have always found the staff at SP Services to be amazing and brilliant customer services. I shall continue to use SP for that reason.

Awful service. Ordered some trousers over a month ago and they didn’t arrive so I asked for an update, was informed they would be despatched immediately so again I waited the time frame for delivery and they still had not arrived. Emailed again to ask for a refund as I now needed trousers urgently and was assured the refund had been processed, checked my account after 10 working days and still no refund, AGAIN had to chase them for a refund and was told it had only just been processed and had to wait another 7 days. Quick enough to take your money but reluctant to send your items or give your money back.

Made a small order, which several days after paying they informed me was not in stock. Asked for a full refund and have been ignored for 4 days.

This could have been resolved simply, but now me as the customer will have to be chasing to get the money back for a product they have online but are not selling anymore.

Jasmine in the Customer Service Team was very helpful with my order. I couldn't order online due to my location so she made sure that it was all sorted, the VAT removed and shipping arranged.
