Ordered, paid. Nothing
Ordered items with a 3-5 day delivery in September for £180. Then to be told they couldn’t be delivered until late November/December. Its now January and still nothing.

Long standing customer - says it all.
We as a Fire & Rescue Service have been dealing with SP for a number of years now and I have to say they are definitely in my top 5 suppliers. On this occasion the requested item was out of stock but Jasmine was super helpful and came up with alternatives in a flash.
Would highly recommend SP as the goods are keenly priced, great quality and arrive quickly - more for me is their customer service which really can't be faulted.

Just a brief note to thank Miss Candi…
Just a brief note to thank Miss Candi Bloor on a recent issue we had regarding a new stretcher we had purchased. Unfortunately we had a couple of issue regarding some new straps. To be fair 90% of the issues were not Candi's fault or the company she works for. It was more DPD ( But that's another story ). We can honestly say Candi went above and beyond to help rectify the problem. Thank you so much.

I had been customer of SP services for…
I had been customer of SP services for many many years since before 2012 so that looks about 14 years since 2012 so say about two years no four years before that and this is the worst experience I’ve had specially when they’ve changed over from one CEO to another now they just don’t care about anyone false advertisement can’t be bothered to honour what they’ve actually put online Just let people go round houses with constant emails constant phone calls staff are just don’t care at least they get paid that’s all they bothered about not about the people actually on the ground doing the job to pay them for the equipment they need. I’ll try to order something email when all through payment went through and they just couldn’t be bothered About it just seem like two ladies just didn’t care about. I was saying on the phone just seem like it just went over the heads that confused they should’ve what I paid for but I’m never been treated by a company like this other companies if they haven’t got on stock, they will try their hardest to , send me something else of the same equipment I needed. I ordered a paediatric one form company but they have two. They will send me the other one this lot now they’ve got the equipment separate but they could’ve made a kit up but they just can be bothered they would make your way and wait and wait , from being the 15th of November to whenever when I need equipment this weekend and I’m still waiting on the refund that’s even if they honour it
