Not quality products
Purchased 2 sets of solar lights in January.
Installed march. After 60 days of installation 1 set stops working. Contacted spv lights to be told they are guaranteed for 2 years but because it is after 90 days of purchase I will need to send back at my cost. Then 2 weeks later the 2nd set stopped working tried new batteries etc but not working. Why spend £24 on lights when you can buy locally for £5. And if they go faulty easy return. The cost of return is probably more than a new set of lights. Quality of solar panel unit is very suspect.

All of our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. While our 90-day money-back guarantee period had passed, our support team advised that the products would need to be returned for inspection under the warranty process before a replacement or refund could be issued.

what can I do to stop this company filling my junk mail box?.
I give minus 5 ***** to this company for not knowing the difference between marketing and pestering buyers.
90% of my junk mail comes from them even after I blocked them. I made the mistake of buying once only but found the lights were not for me and since then I am almost suicidal with their constant bombardment of junk mail EVERY DAY.
This has to stop NOW.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH or I will plaster this review all over social media and see if that gives them the publicity they crave.

Dragonfly string lights
Bought the dragonfly lights for my sister as I’ve got these myself. Really pretty when they light up. Delivery was good. Would highly recommend this company as the lights come with a 2 year guarantee.

Cheap and Nasty
Very cheap fence lights with one of them already broken in the package bought double the amount of lights for the same price on Amazon and they were far superior in quality will not buy from SPV ever again

EXTREMELY DANGEROUS
I bought some SPV lights a few years ago and today they started exploding. Sounded like a gun shot, with shards of plastic scattered everywhere. For the grace of God I was sitting under my gazebo with the net down. Half an hour before I was sitting directly under the light.

Poor service, poor product.
I have bought from this company for a number of years, and until recently would have fully recommended them. Once before a set of lights failed and they were replaced quickly and without hesitation. This time I took advantage of their New Year sale and bought a few sets of lights. I didn't put them up until Spring, as you would expect. A chain of 100 lights failed after a couple of weeks and only about 40% of them now work. I called the company and was told that due to being outside a 90 day window for purchase, I had to pay to return them. I didn't bother. Also before they failed I ordered something else which didn't arrive. They said they would investigate and get back to me, but never did. By chance I found that Evri had put them in a bin down the side of my house. They never advised that they had even delivered them let alone where they had put them. Again SPV said they would investigate and get back to me, but never did. I won't be using them again.

Just had another wall light explode luckily no one was next to it surely they must be a problem with the lights as this is the 4th time it has happened to me in as many years. I’ve tried to contact SPV but they do not respond
