SPV order returned due to faulty lights using there agreed proceedure. Despite confirmation they received he returned goods and numerous promises to send a refund they just did not send the refund. They stopped replying to emails and I note they have removed their telephone number from website making it impossible to speak to them. Had to use my bank dispute service to secure a refund from their bank. Had used them before but never again. Seems they are in severe financial trouble.

Great lights. Had these at our last house. Really bright and the PIR detector is spot on. Recommended

The two outside solar security lights I ordered both came with cracked solar panels because they had been in adequately packaged. Returning the items was not easy and made more complicated by having to email the company about every stage of the return. It's all done manually. It was very frustrating having to continually ask for a refund rather than a replacement. I would not buy from this company again.

Deliver a little slower than indicated when ordering. A problem with one of the items was sorted very quickly. Staff are always responsive to queries and trouble shooting

We needed to replace our Nighthawk 128 lights & decided to get the 120 large security light too. These are great for lighting up areas of the garden when you come home at night. They brighten paths, door entry & garage door allowing a smooth entry. The lights are well packed & posted out promptly.

Ordered 12 lights for our garden. Arrived well packaged and within time stated. Lights look lovely on our garden fence although I thought they might have been a bit brighter. Still happy with purchase.

My only gripe is I tried contacting SPV via email/chat before I placed my order as wanted to find out the size of each individual light but no one got back to me and there were no details on their website. Almost put me off ordering!
I’m sure I’m not the only person who would have liked the specifications before I placed the order.

I placed an order and received an email within a day stating my order had been dispatched. I gave it a couple of weeks and checked in again …. Yes it’s been dispatched to the courier and shouldn’t be long … chased again - 1 of the 2 items is out of stock !! No response re the other item !! How can it have been despatched if it was out of stock?? No lights and no refund . Order placed 23.4.26. Very disappointed - oddly I have had an email asking for feedback on my order - the same order which has not arrived? It gave 2 choices, a happy or sad face - I clicked on the sad face for obvious reasons and got an error message…. Click on happy and straight to trust pilot … 🤔
Perhaps just bad luck as trust pilot looked pretty positive for reviews, but whatever, disappointing…

Floating lights - one doesn't work and I ordered dragonflies and got flowers............ and its now full of water anyway

Haven’t had them for long so they’ve not been tested yet but so far so good, have purchased fromSPV lights before and know they will be good.

Gorgeous light - when I got it working! Battery hadn’t charged in 48 hours, so removed it and charged on mains. Tah dah! Beautiful, colour changing hanging globe. Good value, too.
Would’ve given 5 stars, but it arrived in a battered box, already open, old bubble wrap and the aforementioned flat battery.

Absolutely love all the lights I have purchased. 4 X wall \ fencing lights..Also security light, great value and so easy to install

Brilliant, solar lights to softly illuminate the steps in our garden. Love the dawn to dusk mode plus the choice to activate for 25 seconds to super bright if motion is detected. SPV Lights have a great range of products, excellent customer care experience and swift delivery.
Would 100% recommend!

Received wrong iteam contacted customer services numerous times no response joke of a company never using them again!!!

I bought some solar lights which were not as described (not long enough) so I returned them for refund. 6 weeks later with many reminders from me and apologies from SPV I have not received a refund.
