Terrible experience I ordered Squatz Apollo board 2 and it arrived looking like it had been toss and thrown around the box was falling apart and open throughout when it arrived. I took images and showed customer support. When I opened it because of the delivery this item was dented scratched all over and the software was glitching. I contacted then with images and showed the dents and issues. They told me I would have to figure out how to get it them. I had no box to return it in as it was damaged in arrival. I showed them images. I am disabled and ordered this to be able to get some exercise at home small movements at home. And to get thing type of customer service for the price paid for this unit it’s appalling. I don’t have a car to take it to the post. I don’t have a box or the ability to move out and find a big enough box to back it in I don’t have the ability to move the unit and carry it out. There was no pick up service offered from them to remedy this terrible experience. This board cost almost 1,500 dollars which is pretty expensive to be having such poor quality. They offer no solutions and I essentially have an item that’s a not working properly. I dont recommend buying from them. The motion board is cheaper and I told them of my experience and sent me one for free they didn't have to at all but they did and because of that I purchased more accessories from them. squatz is overall terrible
