Package arrived in a really good condition and the Bindi variety is excellent. Really good quality and bindi's that actually stick, come off when you've finished and are re-useable. Thank you.

I ordered a potli bag for next day…they despatched general shipping
I ordered a potli bag for next day delivery and paid extra for expedited shipping, as I needed it urgently for my brother in laws wedding, it's now been 5 days the bag still isn't here, it's still on its way as SR collection decided to send it by normal delivery, the wedding was 2 days ago, I did email SR collection twice but have received no response and no rectification for their error, the service is absolutely poor and falls well below any respectable retailer, I wish I could give them zero stars

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as the bag was needed for your brother-in-law’s wedding.
We’re particularly sorry as you have ordered from SR Collection previously and had a positive experience with us, so it’s disappointing to know that on this occasion we fell short of the service you expected and deserved.
We sincerely apologise that your order did not arrive in time. This is certainly not the level of customer service we aim to provide.
We completely understand your frustration, particularly given the importance of the occasion, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
